Camille Roche

SENIOR ASSOCIATES
Kenji Lai is a senior project manager at Woods Bagot, skilled in managing the design lifecycle and project budgets. He coordinates with project teams and design leads on various tasks, including liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers. He is involved in every stage of the project, from bidding and design to construction and on-site management, covering overall performance, resource integration, quality control, contracts, client and risk management, ensuring the quality and successful delivery of the project to maximize client benefits. He has participated in numerous large-scale commercial and high-end office space projects in China and Hong Kong, accumulating comprehensive management experience, and has achieved outstanding results and consistent recognition and high praise from clients.

Rachel is a design leader at Woods Bagot with over ten years of intensive interior design experience working on diverse-scale projects ranging from shopping malls to luxury retail and hospitality. Her bespoke experiences through a narrative-driven approach drive meticulous attention to detail and demonstrate the pursuit of excellence for client success by responding to the client's vision and forecasting the future.
