景观践行「半岛森居」理念，以桥为介，跨越悬崖、深入天坑、穿越峡谷，连通错落有致的植被景观，呈现丰富多元的崖谷秘境。中区景观围绕「一心、二谷、一轴、五台」布局展开，核心景观为十字景观轴「飞鸟集」。40亩中央十字景观轴串联整个社区，南北延展，东西延伸，中心处形成空间盛大、内容丰富的「旋心」。

比设计空间更重要的是连接人与人的关系，打破邻里社交壁垒。因此，麓悦江城的「飞鸟集」是社区的共享公园，突破传统观赏模式，以现代、生态、艺术、交互、复合多元为标签，从城市的气质出发，为人们带来生动饱满的生活方式，实现人与景的深度互动与情感交流，让观者成为「生态剧场」的参与者，构建睦邻友好的「半岛森居」生活，这也是景观设计的核心理念。

The landscape design follows the "Peninsula Forest Living" concept, using bridges to traverse cliffs, delve into sinkholes, and cross canyons, connecting a varied array of vegetative landscapes and revealing rich and diverse cliff and valley secrets. The central landscape is arranged around the "One Heart, Two Valleys, One Axis, and Five Platforms" layout, with the core feature being the cross-shaped "Bird Gathering" landscape axis. Spanning 40 acres, this central cross-axis connects the entire community, extending both north-south and east-west, with its center forming a grand and content-rich "Heart of Rotation.

The central landscape is laid out around "One Heart, Two Valleys, One Axis, and Five Platforms," with the core feature being the cross-shaped "Bird Gathering" landscape axis. Spanning 40 acres, this central axis connects the entire community, extending north-south and east-west, with the center forming a grand and content-rich "Heart of Rotation."

More important than the design space is the connection between people, breaking down social barriers between neighbors. Therefore, "Bird Gathering" in Luxi Jiangcheng serves as a shared park for the community, surpassing traditional viewing modes. It features modern, ecological, artistic, interactive, and multi-functional elements, reflecting the city’s character. It provides a vibrant and full lifestyle, enabling deep interaction and emotional exchange between people and the landscape, making viewers participants in the "ecological theater" and fostering a neighborly "Peninsula Forest Living" environment. This is the core concept of the landscape design.

本案希望以地域文化承载城市的记忆，融入当代高品质生活追求，打造蜀风高端酒店的居住场景。设计团队从百年品牌酒店中汲取灵感，以高端酒店品质空间结合蜀风雅韵的美学演绎，串联各类空间层次，强调艺术性与生活的互相渗透。在设计语言上，延续蜀都文化的艺术根脉，以明艳富贵的金色系为基底，提取非遗纹样为元素，嵌入文化纹理细节，力求演绎形成场域专属的符号，多维度表现千年蜀韵的传承。

礼遇门庭、四水归堂、芳华雅境、高台纳境、茶歇花庭、虹桥望月、品质归家，七大节点串联形成完整的归家体验。立体交错的丰富空间，传统格局的现代转译，交融昔日人文情怀与现代时尚活力，以雅致而不落俗套的格调，为居住者带来独特的成都风情，开启不一样的美学生活图鉴。

The project aims to blend regional culture with contemporary high-quality living aspirations to create a luxurious residence for the Shu Feng high-end hotel. The design team draws inspiration from century-old brand hotels, combining high-end hotel quality spaces with the aesthetic elegance of Shu Feng. This approach connects various spatial layers, emphasizing the integration of artistry and daily life.In terms of design language, it continues the artistic lineage of Shu culture, using a rich and vibrant gold palette as the base. Elements from intangible cultural heritage patterns are incorporated, embedding cultural texture details to create unique symbols for the space. The design strives to multidimensionally express the enduring legacy of the millennia-old Shu charm.

Seven key nodes—Grand Entrance, Four Rivers Converge, Elegant Blooming Realm, High Platform Gathering, Tea Break Garden, Rainbow Bridge Moon Viewing, and Quality Return Home—form a complete homecoming experience. The rich, intersecting spaces, modern interpretations of traditional layouts, and the blend of historical cultural sentiment with modern fashion vitality provide residents with a unique Chengdu flavor, opening a new aesthetic lifestyle experience.

时光积淀，价值永续；以古为新，兼容并蓄。项目整体以海派摩登为魂，打造酒店精奢品质生活园区，空间美学结合场景美学，落位贵族公馆生活场景，打造都会艺术森屿。概念来源于成都的历史之缘、文化之根的蓉城——府河锦江，融汇了传统文化、现代文化以及繁衍出的酒乡文化，从这些文化环境中提炼出设计语言，点缀于空间细节，搭配美拉达色系，渲染出的空间氛围，闪耀却不浮夸，复古却不守旧。整个项目是将艺术、复古以及摩登杂糅在一起，碰撞出让人惊叹的效果，让居住者享受着蓉城韵味的同时，还能体验公馆的经典生活时光。

Timelessness and enduring value; renewing the old while embracing the new. The project, with a soul of Shanghai Modern, creates a luxury hotel-quality living park. It combines spatial and scene aesthetics, positioning itself as a noble mansion lifestyle and an urban artistic forest. Inspired by Chengdu’s historical and cultural roots along the Fuhe and Jinjiang rivers, it integrates traditional, modern, and wine culture. The design language, derived from this cultural blend, is embedded in spatial details and paired with Melada color schemes. The ambiance created is dazzling yet understated, nostalgic yet not outdated. The project blends art, retro, and modern elements to produce a stunning effect, allowing residents to enjoy the charm of Chengdu while experiencing the classic life of a mansion.

Chongqing Blues Urban Landscape Planning & Design Co.,Ltd. (BLUES) is a well-rounded landscape brand based in China. Since its establishment in 1998, BLUES, with innovative ideas and sustainable strategy, has been devoted to the exploration and practice of beautiful and comfortable living environment. Over the years, BLUES have cooperated with many well-known developers like LONGFOR, NEW HOPE, POLY, SUNAC, JINKE, etc. Now, BLUES provides clients with consultation service, planning and design, R&D and training on landscape. In addition, it has developed four landscape series: modern and natural series, art and cultural series, holiday series, as well as new urban series.

In 2021, BLUES established its head office, which consists of three centers (Creative Center, R&D Center and Quality Control Center), Business Department, Brand Department, Finance and Accounting Department, Human Resource and Administration Department. Also, it comprises three design institutes, a new municipal team, a planning team and five branches located respectively in South China, Chengdu, Zhengzhou, Guiyang and Kunming.
