What You'll Do

• Familiarity with business analysis is highly desirable.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and hands-on work on cloud-based projects is a valuable asset.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you’ll collaborate closely with incident response, security operations,
and other cross-functional teams to ensure our cybersecurity strategies, frameworks, and standards are aligned with both business objectives and the ever-evolving threat landscape.
What You'll Do
• Incident Response: Participate in real-time incident response activations, applying your expertise to identify, contain, and mitigate cyber incidents across diverse systems. Manage post-incident analysis and ensure lessons learned are fed back into security controls.
• Security Operations: Work alongside the security operations team to enhance continuous monitoring, detection, and analysis of advanced cyber threats.
• Security Architecture Integration: Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure robust security integration into systems, applications, and networks, adhering to security policies and proactively identifying and addressing security gaps.
• Vulnerability & Risk Management: Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis to identify threats to company systems and data. Ensure effective remediation plans and track their execution to improve system resilience.
• Security Governance & Compliance: Assist in developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and frameworks that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive policy adherence, strengthen cybersecurity defenses, and provide insightful, data-driven security reports to CISO management using the Integrated Assurance Framework (IAF) security dashboard.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in cybersecurity initiatives that improve processes and drive innovation across the organisation.
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-4 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong technical skills and a passion for security are also welcome to apply.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS systems, threat detection platforms, and firewalls.
• Understanding of network security fundamentals, cloud security, endpoint protection, and identity and access management (IAM) systems. Experience in security automation and orchestration is a plus.
• CISSP, OSCP, or other relevant certifications. Strong preference for candidates with certifications or a clear pathway to obtaining them.
• A team player with excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
