Hataken has been an electronic music producer, performer since the mid 90’s. His musical style employs ambient chilled out grooves using synthesizers to span multiple genres that create a unique style and psychedelic feeling. Hataken has performed many festivals including Boom 2012 (7 hours live show with analog vintage rigs), Ozora festival 2013&2014, Sonica festival 2013&1014, Sound Wave(2009&2010), SXSW(2008), FUJIROCK fes.(2023), SUPERBOOTH24 and more. Hataken released his solo album “From Tokyo to Detroit come in Detroit” (BWLR/2021),“A Prana Planet”(Matsuri Digital Chil/ 2017) “,Ascension”(TKG music/2012).
Shifting from vintage analogue synth performances to modular synthesizers, Hataken has become an icon in the Japanese modular synthesizer scene. In 2013 he organized the Tokyo Festival of Modular; a yearly event that showcases international modular synthesizer technology and artist performances. His goal is to foster the next generation of modular synthesizer music.

Piah is an outstanding musician and music producer who graduated with a Master’s degree in Composing for Film and TV from Kingston University with commendation. He has a solid foundation in both classical and electronic music, and began his musical journey by learning the piano from a young age. At 16, he acquired his first synthesizer, and since then, he has been exploring both classical and electronic music genres simultaneously. In 2023, Piah released two albums. The first album, “A Man on the Mars,” showcases his skills in electronic music production, exploring futuristic soundscapes and rhythms. The second album, “A Week,” features minimal use of instruments and a unique atmosphere, with music that gradually evolves based on the interaction between repetitive.

He writes orchestral, vocal, and chamber pieces and electronic music for listening, immersing, and per the alias tsimtsum, for the club context.

The tsimtsum project sets up on deep, gritty garage-infused techno, harmonies, and evolutions that draw from the musical background of a classically trained composer. Bridging delicate Parisian electronica with tart Berlinoise analog traditions, all sounds are meticulously honed and specified, organic, hypnotic, and in inner motion. Atmospheres — dusty, mystic, groovy, yet they also speak emotionally.

His time spent living in the countryside in the east of the United States has influenced his wild and “unadorned” style. He has developed his unique modular system specifically to explore diverse possibilities during live club performances. A.I. is passionate about hypnotic deep techno and insists on using pure hardware without pre-programmed presets or sequencers. He allows the modules to interact in real-time, creating electronic music scenes that bear the distinctive A.I. label with deep atmospheres and non-stop engines. Hataken has been an electronic music producer, performer since the mid 90’s. Born in Frankfurt and now based in Berlin, producer and label owner Yapacc sways the electronic music scene and dancefloors with his live sound since the early 90s. His interest in music was aroused by his experience with analogue electronics at a very young age. He wrote and released his first maelstrom recordings EP in 1997 under the techno duo pseudonym «Electrasmus». This was followed by a track at the Frankfurt’s art label Poet Club Recording for the compilation «Inside 2» alongside Brian Eno, Shantel and Apex.
