Position Overview




Join our Copeland team and play a crucial role in crafting our sales strategy to drive business growth in retail solutions. Engage with end-users and contractors in food retail, QSR, and hotel applications to ensure our Dixell controllers and CDU products reach new heights.





Responsibilities




  • Develop and lead retail solutions sales channels in China, working with contractors, OEMs, and direct end-users.

  • Set and achieve annual sales targets, driving bold accomplishments.

  • Lead the development plan for sales channels to ensure balanced growth, including support for business development, inventory management, and improving customer experience.

  • Successfully complete sales strategies for controllers, compressors, flow products, and other Copeland or third-party components.

  • Drive the penetration of new products, product transitions, and emerging applications.

  • Spearhead the CO₂ solution business in retail and cold room sectors, collaborating with key OEMs and contractors to uncover new opportunities.

  • Complete product positioning plans and manage pricing structures to effectively compete in the market.

  • Deliver monthly rolling forecasts with outstanding precision to ensure manufacturing and delivery schedules are met.

  • Collaborate with plant teams to manage inventory levels and payment processes.

  • Maintain alignment with internal teams, including AE, quality, and supply chain, to  provide flawless support to distributors.





Required Education, 

Experience, and Skills




  • Bachelor's degree or higher in HVAC, Engineering, or Electronics.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in electronics control, CDU, and compressors, with a solid technical background.

  • At least 5 years’ experience in sales channel management, including wholesale and OEM engagements.

  • Proven experience with CO₂ projects in retail or cold room environments.

  • Strategic market insight with the ability to promptly respond to customer movements.

  • Outstanding positivity and collaborative skills when working with internal support teams.

  • Strong individual contributor with a proven track record of success.

  • Good command of English, with excellent communication skills.
