Location: Suzhou, China
Review technical specification requirements (RFQ) to confirm their rationality and standardization
Ensure existing suppliers can meet reasonable prices and needs of company departments in a timely manner
Solve the supplier delivery and quality problems, coordinate warranty and after-sales
Negotiate or organize online bidding for cost optimization and implement the cost reduction project, prepare information for discussion and decision by the bidding committee
Lead supplier development and qualification
Integrate supplier resources according to demand and availability to maximize company benefit
Participate in continuous improvement projects, including supplier base optimization, build capable supplier pool, sourcing new potential suppliers, evaluation and supplier development, contracting, etc
Perform the duty of safety, ensure all work in line with the company's safety standards and requirement.
Other work assigned by management
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing purchasing for indirect material and supply chain management. HVACR industry experience is preferred.
Proven experience in a multinational company and manufacturing environment.
Strong strategy mindset, business insight, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Honest, hardworking, result-oriented, and committed to excellence.
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Proficiency in common purchasing software and tools, with experience in Oracle or SAP ERP systems is preferred.
