Location: Suzhou, China
Investigate and identify the root cause of major equipment failures, as well as summarize lesson learned.
Support urgent repair if needed.
Set up/update preventive maintenance plan for new equipment and existing equipment.
Prepare maintenance instruction and monitor the implementation of preventive maintenance.
Prepare and manage spare parts to meet requirement of preventive plan and trouble shooting.
Formulate technical specification for new machine, tooling and fixture.
Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Automation.
At least 5 years’ working experience in maintenance and process improvement in manufacturing environment.
Tooling or equipment design experience is preferred.
Good communication skills
