韩静教授

Professor Jing Han

Professor Jing Han is the Director of the Institute for Australia and Chinese Arts and Culture (IAC) at Western Sydney University and professor of translation studies at the School of Humanities and Communication Arts. Professor Han received her Master in English literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University in 1986 and received her PhD in English literature from the University of Sydney in 1994. 

Professor Han is a leading expert in translating culture, intercultural communication, audiovisual translation and media accessibility and is highly regarded for her significant and original contributions to the practice and teaching in the field. She is also known for her leadership in multicultural communities in Australia and intercultural competence. From 1996 to 2019, she served as the Chief Subtitler and Head of the  Subtitling Department at SBS TV Australia, where she subtitled over 300 Chinese films and more than 500 episodes of the Chinese reality show “If You Are The One”. In addition, Professor Han is also a distinguished literary translator, having translated Ye Xin's modern Chinese classic “Educated Youth” as well as the 2019 Miles Franklin Award-winning novel “Too Much Lip” into Chinese.

黎永强博士

Dr Yongqiang Li

黎永强博士（FCIArb MAICD）现任Liz Legal的首席律师，是一位国际仲裁员、澳大利亚律师、作家、研究员及资深企业领袖。黎博士是英国特许仲裁学会院士、维多利亚州最高法院和澳大利亚高等法院的出庭律师及事务律师，同时也是澳大利亚公司董事协会会员。他拥有哲学博士、公共政策与管理硕士、法学学士、应用物理学学士等多个学位，曾为中澳40多家顶级上市公司提供国际法律、治理及合规服务。同时，他还担任中国和印度多所大学的知识产权法兼职教授，并积极支持初创企业孵化和青年领袖导师项目，专注于早期初创公司的投资。

黎博士在公司治理、知识产权法、税法、遗嘱与遗产管理、颠覆性技术、环境、社会及治理（ESG）及“一带一路”倡议等领域拥有深厚的专业知识和丰富经验。他指导了11名研究生获得学位，包括8名博士、1名工商管理博士（DBA）和2名研究型硕士。此外，黎博士获得了多个国家级和州级的研究基金，现任《法律与治理期刊》的主编，并常受邀担任编委及同行评审专家。他还受邀为澳大利亚和亚洲的高级政策决策者及企业高管提供了50多场定制化的法律、政策和大学治理专题讲座。

Dr Yongqiang Li, FCIArb MAICD, is an international arbitrator, Australian lawyer, writer, researcher, and weathered business leader, currently serving as the Principal Lawyer of Liz Legal. Dr Li is a Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia, and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He holds multiple degrees, including a Doctor of Philosophy, a Master of Public Policy and Management degree, a Bachelor of Laws Degree, and a Bachelor of Applied Physics Degree. He has provided services to 40+ top-listed companies in China and Australia on international law, governance mechanism design and regulatory compliance. Additionally, he is an Adjunct Professor of IP Law at universities in China and India. He is actively involved in supporting startup business incubators and mentoring young leaders, with a focus on early-stage startup investments.

Dr Li has the expertise and extensive experience in governance, intellectual property law, taxation law, wills and estate administration, disruptive technologies, ESG and Belt and Road Initiatives. He has supervised 11 research students to gain their degrees, including 8 PhDs, 1 DBA, and 2 Master by Research degrees. Dr Li has received several national and state-level competitive grants.  He is the Editor-in-chief of Law and Governance Journal and is frequently on the editorial board and as a peer reviewer. Dr Li has been invited to deliver more than 50 customised guest lectures on topics of law, policy and university governance to senior policy decision-makers and business executives in Australia and Asia.

潘春梅博士

Dr Chunmei Pan

潘春梅博士是一位跨社会学、民族学和中国哲学领域的学者。她于2012年在中国云南大学获得民族学博士学位，并于2023年在澳大利亚拉筹伯大学获得第二个博士学位。2023年2月至6月期间，潘博士担任拉筹伯大学中文研究项目的讲师兼协调员，目前担任该项目的助理讲师。

潘博士的研究兴趣涵盖汉语言、文化、翻译、民族学及中国哲学，尤其专注于佛教、儒学和易经，致力于跨学科研究与跨文化理解。她在《民族研究》《思想战线》等顶尖期刊上发表了十余篇文章，并与陈庆德教合作撰写了《民族文化产业纲要》（2014年）和《经济人类学》（2012年修订版）。此外，潘博士还为《云南十村》（2009年）和《变迁中的彝族社会——克依村个案研究》（2007年）撰写了重要章节。

Dr Chunmei Pan is a scholar whose expertise spans sociology, ethnology, and Chinese philosophy. She earned her PhD in Ethnology from Yunnan University, China, in 2012, and completed her second PhD at La Trobe University, Australia, in 2023. From February to June 2023, Dr Pan served as a lecturer and coordinator for the Chinese Studies Program at La Trobe University. She currently holds an ongoing position as an Associate Lecturer in the same Chinese program.

Dr Pan's research interests encompass Chinese language, culture, translation, ethnic studies, and Chinese philosophy, with a particular focus on Buddhism, Confucianism, and Yijing (Book of Changes). She published over 10 academic articles in leading Chinese journals, including Ethno-National Studies and The Ideological Front. 

Dr Pan has also co-authored two books with Professor Qingde Chen: The Outline of Ethnic Cultural Industry (2014) and Economic Anthropology (2012, revised edition). Additionally, she contributed key chapters to Ten Villages in Yunnan (2009) and The Changing Yi Ethnic Community: A Case Study of Keyi Village (2007).

Dr. Xiufang (Leah) Li

李秀芳博士现任澳大利亚皇家墨尔本理工大学媒体与传播学院高级讲师，作为传播学领域的专家，李博士在公共关系与数字传播的交叉领域享有国内外高度认可。她的研究成果屡获殊荣，包括国际传播学会（ICA）公共关系分会顶级教师论文奖和澳大利亚公共关系与传播协会（PRIA，现为CPRA）年度最佳研究员金奖。

李博士的研究专注于技术辅助的战略传播，特别是在多个情境下，通过利益相关者的参与实现共同创造价值和意义。她在《公共关系评论》、《欧洲文化研究杂志》、《澳大利亚国际媒体》等顶级期刊上发表了大量论文。此外，李博士还担任《公共关系评论》和编委，并在CPRA的教育与社区委员会中提供战略指导，推动研究与教育领域的创新。她教授传播、媒体和品牌学课程，并指导博士生研究，领域涵盖数字包容、健康创新、体育传播、可持续品牌塑造、公共外交传播和人工智能伦理。

Dr Xiufang (Leah) Li is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Media and Communication at RMIT University. As an expert in communication studies, she has earned a distinguished international and national reputation, particularly in the intersection of public relations and digital communication. Her research expertise is recognised with prestigious awards, including the ICA Top Faculty Paper Award in the Public Relations Division and the PRIA Golden Target Award for Researcher of the Year, Gold Prize.

Dr Li focuses on technology-aided strategic communication, particularly in engaging stakeholders to co-create value and meaning in multiple contexts. She has published extensively across top-tier journals such as Public Relations Review, European Journal of Cultural Studies, and Media International Australia. In addition, Dr Li serves on the editorial board of Public Relations Review and provides strategic guidance as part of the Education and Community Committee of CPRA, advancing innovation in research and education. She teaches courses in communication, media, and branding, and supervises PhD students in fields such as digital inclusion, health innovation, sports communication, sustainable place branding, public diplomacy, and AI ethics.
