In April 2023, MONOLOGO took centre stage in Beijing's dynamic landscape with the grand debut of its flagship store, nestled within the iconic 751 D.Park.
This historic site, tracing its roots back to 1954, was a pivotal player in Beijing's gas industry during the ambitious "First Five-Year Plan". Recognized as one of the 156 Key industrial projects, the factory made significant contributions to the city's gas production.
At MONOLOGO, we hold a deep respect for history, recognizing it as the foundation upon which our future stands. With a profound understanding that our present stand on the shoulders of past generations, our flagship store is a testament to this philosophy. We have breathed new life into this historical side, embracing the responsibility to preserve its legacy.
Guided by three core principles, our design approach ensures the retention of historical essence, paying homage to the stories etched into its walls. Sustainability takes centre stage, its use of recycled materials in constructing this space, reflecting our commitment to the planet's well-being. Additionally, transparency in our food preparation underscores our belief that understanding what you eat is paramount.
