The OQT office in Dubai is a dynamic space inspired by the ever-changing Movement of Energy found in nature. This design philosophy symbolizes the constant transfer of thoughts, ideas, and power within the office. Architectural forms, fluidity, and natural materials create a collaborative environment that seamlessly transitions from client-focused areas to functional workspaces and wellness zones.
Upon entering, visitors are captivated by the interplay of rich materials and contrasting tones defining key areas like the arrival space, cafe, and client suites. These spaces embody sophistication and functionality, reflecting OQT's commitment to providing an exceptional experience for its clientele. The wellness and multifunction areas, characterized by softer colors and diverse materials, serve as retreats for relaxation, fostering a harmonious balance for employees to recharge.

02 Bain & Company贝恩公司
Inspired by the meandering Khor Dubai river, our design beckons users on an aspirational journey through diverse neighborhoods, shaping a distinctive experience for both employees and clients. The floor and ceiling emulate the river's graceful flow, defining primary circulation routes that guide individuals seamlessly through the office. Collaboration zones emerge where the bold Bain red ceiling cove branches and loops, fostering movement and serendipitous interactions.
Throughout the office, the iconic Bain & Company brand colours take center stage, with vibrant hues energizing open areas to encourage interaction, while colour-blocked pods in deep, saturated tones in quiet zones enhance focus and productivity. The thoughtfully designed 250-person café stands out as a key destination, offering diverse seating styles and maximum flexibility to transform into an event space, extending seamlessly into a spacious outdoor terrace.
The integration of internal and external landscaping ensures that Bainees always maintain a visual connection with biophilia. Meticulously curated with over 200 finishes, the office space radiates vibrancy and excitement, with bespoke detailing providing subtle moments of inspiration.

In our role as designers, we take pride in achieving a harmonious blend of energy and tranquility, crafting a welcoming environment for the Bain & Company team within the expansive 4,200 sqm space. The facility includes multipurpose rooms, a 50-person training room, prayer rooms, a wellness room, a games room, and two outdoor terraces, offering a beautiful and functional setting for work and collaboration.
03 Norton Rose Fulbright（NRF）
As Lead Design Consultants for the new NRF offices, AAID crafted a design concept mirroring the client's fundamental values—approachability, diversity, and a warm welcome. A distinctive architectural element, the portal, is woven seamlessly into our design, inviting individuals to embrace and relish the bespoke identity synonymous with NRF.
In pursuit of an environment conducive to focus and concentration, our design integrates natural portals that delineate the floor plate and grant access to various departments. Our overarching objective is to shape a space that is not only inviting but also invigorating, harmonizing legal services with unity and integrity.
In summary, the design for the new NRF offices encapsulates the client's core values while fostering a atmosphere of focus, concentration, and unity. This space is meticulously crafted to be enjoyed by both clients and employees, promising an exceptional experience for all who step inside.
