Responsibilities:
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the marketing team on a wide range of materials including web pages, presentations, firm collaterals, signs, internal communications, and other general marketing materials
Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within WildChina’s established brand identity
Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications
Required skills and qualifications:
A passion for travel, adventure and storytelling
Knowledge of and express interest in China, including its culture, politics, geography and travel destinations
Past or current graphic design experience, including knowledge of design software including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Ability to produce grammatically and syntactically accurate content in English, free from typos
Ability to communicate in English for meetings and general comms (ability to also communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) is preferable but not required)
Highly-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work well with others
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
Time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a remote-working environment

Designing and operating customized travel programs for WildChina’s clientele
