2024 IEEE女工程师领导力峰会 (IEEE Women in Engineering China Leadership Summit, IEEE WIE CLS 2024) 将于2024年11月2日在北京会议中心举行。IEEE WIE CLS 2024是由IEEE WIE北京分会、IEEE中国联合会、IEEE中国代表处、IEEE PCCC女工程师委员会、CSEE JPES编辑部、中国图象图形学学会女科技工作者委员会、北京图像图形学学会、BSIG女工委联合主办的国际峰会。


2024年,第六届IEEE WIE CLS如约而至,以“乘数而上 · 梦由她创”为主题, 携手数字经济,激发她力量。峰会聚焦于数字经济对女性创造力的赋能。这是一个汇聚女性智慧与科技力量的平台,在这里,每一位女性都能找到释放创造力的舞台。IEEE WIE领导力峰会一直致力于弘扬包容性文化,通过弥合数字性别鸿沟,助力科技“她力量” 释放璀璨光芒 ;共享数字时代红利,让女性在创业、创新的道路上走得更远,实现自我价值的飞跃。

IEEE 2024 主席兼首席执行官

个人简介:       

Tom Coughlin, Coughlin Associates总裁,是数字存储分析师、业务和技术顾问。他在数据存储行业有超过40年的经验,在多家公司担任工程和高级管理职位。

Tom Coughlin, President, Coughlin Associates is a digital storage analyst and business and technology consultant. He has more than 40 years in the data storage industry with engineering and senior management positions at several companies.
An IEEE Life Fellow, Dr. Coughlin has many publications and six patents. He is also the author of Digital Storage in Consumer Electronics: The Essential Guide, which is now in its second edition with Springer. Tom is a regular storage and memory contributor for forbes.com and media and entertainment organizations. Coughlin Associates consults and publishes books and market and technology reports, including The Media and Entertainment Storage Report and an Emerging Memory Report, and puts on digital storage-oriented events. 
Tom has served in numerous IEEE volunteer leadership roles, including President of IEEE-USA, Director of IEEE Region 6, Vice President and Board member of the IEEE Consumer Technology Society,  Chair of the Santa Clara Valley IEEE Section, and Chair of the Consultants Network of Silicon Valley. He is also active with the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) and the Society of Motion Pictures and Television Engineers (SMPTE). 


Jessica Bian

Dr. Jessica Bian is a visionary leader and architect, has spearheaded electric power industry's reliability metrics and grid risk assessment. She is the Vice President of Grid Services at Grid-X Partners.  Before that, she was with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Washington, DC. Previously, she was the Director of Performance Analysis at North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) in Atlanta, Georgia. Under her leadership, a total of 18 industry-wide reliability indicators were established to determine grid reliability, adequacy, and associated risks.  She is widely recognized as a pioneer and trusted world leader in the field.  She serves as the 2024 Chair of IEEE Industry Engagement Committee, and was the 2022-2023 President of the IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES). 


华宁

华宁是IEEE亚太区高级业务总监,中国代表处首席代表。目前, 他领导着IEEE在中国、日本和新加坡的业务发展部门,在亚太地区拓展IEEE的相关业务。同时,他负责IEEE在中国活动的策划,组织和管理的工作;负责发展同中国政府,企业和学术界的交流与合作;负责在新兴市场国家,特别是在亚太地区,寻求和发展IEEE新的机会和增长点;维护和发展IEEE在企业和学术界中的知名度和形象;推广IEEE的产品和服务。


Ning is the Senior Director of IEEE Asia Operations, and Chief Representative of IEEE China Office.  In his current role, Ning leads IEEE’s business development staff in China, Japan and Singapore exploring Asia-Pacific opportunities. In addition, Ning is responsible for planning, organizing and managing IEEE activities in China; developing and fostering direct and ongoing relationships and exchanges with government, industry, and academic organizations; identifying and developing new opportunities in emerging markets; providing productive and positive visibility of IEEE to Chinese enterprises and other organizations; and promoting IEEE products and services.


董蕾

个人简介:

董蕾女士的职业生涯始于爱立信公司,之后进入猎头领域。她曾在王力亚洲资源公司担任管理职务,随后成为Robert Walters北方区总监,继而出任Lloyd Morgan中国区负责人,期间在三年内成功拓展了六个分公司。在过去的20多年里,董蕾女士的职业生涯涵盖了从HR到猎头外资公司高管,直至担任CEO的各个阶段。

2015年,董蕾女士创立了REForce品牌,专注于为多个行业提供顶尖人才服务。凭借出色的业绩和优质的服务,REForce迅速在市场上建立了自己的地位。2018年,HRnetGroup对REForce进行了收购,这一重要事件为REForce带来了新的增长点和更广阔的发展空间。在此基础上,董蕾女士进一步创立了RecruitFast品牌,提供人力资源外包及企业出海等多元化服务。

Ms. Rita Dong's professional career began at Ericsson, after which she transitioned into the executive search industry. She held a management position at Wang & Li Asia before becoming the Northern Regional Director at Robert Walters. Subsequently, she took on the role of Managing Director at Lloyd Morgan China, successfully expanding the company by establishing six branch offices within three years. Over the past two decades, Rita has navigated various stages of her career, ranging from HR roles to executive positions in foreign recruitment firms, culminating in her role as CEO.
In 2015, Rita founded the REForce brand, focusing on providing top-tier talent services across multiple industries. With outstanding performance and high-quality service, REForce quickly established its presence in the market. In 2018, HRnetGroup acquired REForce, marking a significant milestone that provided new growth opportunities and a broader development landscape. Building on this foundation, Rita further launched the RecruitFast brand, offering diverse services such as HR outsourcing and assistance for companies venturing abroad.
Notably, many core members of her team have collaborated with her for over a decade. 孙洁

中国电信研究院研究员/高级工程师

个人简介:

孙洁,毕业于北京大学,北京大学经济学学士、计算机硕士。专长于数字经济和算力网络。她在战新产业研究、科技创新、数字化、算力网络方面积累了丰富的研究成果和实践经验,并在数字信息基础设施和人工智能等领域持续深耕。

目前,孙洁女士在中国电信研究院战略所担任运营中心总监,负责天翼智库的战略规划和智库影响力打造。此前,她在IBM担任战略咨询顾问,专注于企业数字化战略。在中国电信研究院,她在国内外期刊发表多项研究成果,成果聚焦企业数字化转型策略、6G、算力网络、人工智能等领域,带领团队取得多项突破,产业研究成果多次被央视新闻报道采用。孙女士还曾在IBM担任战略咨询顾问和系统实施顾问,负责国内多个大型央企数字化转型项目的战略规划和系统实施。

在教育方面,孙洁女士拥有经济学学士和法学学士,双学士学位,并拥有计算机专业硕士学位。


Sun Jie, graduated from Peking University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Computer Science. Her expertise lies in project management and business development. She has accumulated rich research achievements and practical experience in the fields of emerging industries research, digital transformation, and computational power networks, and has continuously delved into areas such as digital information infrastructure and artificial intelligence.
Currently, Ms. Sun Jie serves as the Director of the Operation Center at the China Telecom Research Institute's Strategy Institute, where she is responsible for the strategic planning and influence building of the Tianyi Think Tank. Previously, she worked at IBM as a strategic consulting advisor, focusing on corporate digital strategy. At the China Telecom Research Institute, she has published multiple research papers in domestic and international journals, with a focus on corporate digital transformation strategies, 6G, computational power networks, and artificial intelligence. She has led her team to achieve numerous breakthroughs, and her industry research results have been adopted and reported by CCTV news multiple times. Ms. Sun also previously served as a strategic consulting advisor and system implementation consultant at IBM, responsible for the strategic planning and system implementation of digital transformation projects for several large-scale state-owned enterprises in China.
In terms of education, Ms. Sun holds a dual Bachelor's degree in Economics and Law, as well as a Master's degree in Computer Science.

王彤,教授,博士生导师,四方研究所副所长,长期从事新能源电力系统安全稳定分析与控制,新型电力系统控保协同安全防御研究。华北电力大学创新人才支持与培育-青年骨干培育计划,主持国家自然科学基金项目2项,主研国家自然科学基金集成项目1项,重点项目2项,国家重点研发计划课题2项。获河北省技术发明奖一等奖1项,以第一/唯一通讯作者发表SCI论文45篇、EI论文32篇。


Wang Tong, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Deputy Director of Sifang Research Institute, has long been engaged in the analysis and control of the safety and stability of the new power system, and the research of the control and protection of the new power system and the collaborative security defense. She has presided over 2 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 integrated project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 2 key projects, and 2 projects of the National Key R&D Program. He has won 1 first prize of Hebei Provincial Technological Invention Award, and published 45 SCI papers and 32 EI papers as the first/only corresponding author.


史梦洁

史梦洁,中国电力科学研究院有限公司人工智能研究所室副主任/高级工程师。长期致力于电力大数据、人工智能应用研究,牵头或参与国家重点研发计划、北京发改委、国网公司科技项目和电网数字化项目20余项,主导多款数据产品设计研发、迭代优化和应用推广。累计公开发表学术论文10余篇,受理发明专利10余项,授权发明专利4项;合著2部。曾获上海市科学技术二等奖,国网公司“青创赛”铜奖、中国电科院科技进步一等奖1项、中国电科院职工创新创意大赛金奖、获中国电科院技术服务一等奖等,被评为中国电科院“先进工作者”、“青年岗位能手”“青马工程”学员等荣誉称号。


Mengjie Shi, Deputy Director/Senior Engineer of the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute at China Electric Power Research Institute Co., Ltd. She has been committed to the research and application of electric power big data and artificial intelligence for a long time. She has led or participated in more than 20 key national research and development plans, Beijing Development and Reform Commission, State Grid Corporation's scientific and technological projects, and power grid digitalization projects. She has led the design, development, iteration optimization, and application promotion of multiple data products. She has published more than 10 academic papers, filed more than 10 invention patents, and authorized 4 invention patents; she is a co-author of 2 books. She has won the second prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Award, the bronze award of "Youth Innovation Competition" by State Grid Corporation, the first prize of scientific and technological progress by China Electric Power Research Institute, the gold award of the China Electric Power Research Institute's Staff Innovation and Creativity Competition, and the first prize of technical service by China Electric Power Research Institute. She has been honored as an "Advanced Worker", "Youth Post Expert", and a "Youth Horse Project" student of China Electric Power Research Institute.


厉璇

国家电网公司设备管理部

个人简介:

厉璇,现就职于国家电网公司设备管理部,教授级高工,长期从事高压直流技术与管理工作,为直流技术创新发展和清洁能源消纳做出了贡献。入选中国科协“青年人才托举工程”,获“中央企业青年岗位能手”,“中国电力优秀青年科技人才”称号。


Li Xuan is working for State Grid Corporation of China. She is a professor-level senior engineer. She is engaged in HVDC technology and management. She has made contributions to HVDC technology innovation and renewable energy consumption. She is selected for Young Talents Promotion Project by China Association for Science and Technology, rewarded as Young Expert in Central Enterprises, and Excellent Young Scientific Talent of China Electric Power.


韩钰

中国电科院电工新材料技术研究所所长

个人简介:

韩钰,博士,正高级工程师,中国电科院电工新材料技术研究所所长,IET“Electrical materials & Application”期刊副主编中国电机工程学会输变电材料专委会秘书长、中国电力企业联合会输变电材料标准化技术委员会秘书长兼委员、中国金属学会非晶及应用分会委员会委员。

长期从事电工新材料应用技术和关键装备研发工作,主持纳米晶材料领域国家重点研发计划2项,制定国家、电力行业标准、国家电网公司标准20余项、发表学术专著3部,SCI论文80余篇,授权专利120余项。荣获国家科技进步二等奖1项(R02)、省部级科技进步一等奖8项、日内瓦国际发明展金奖1项。


Yu Han, Ph.D., Senior Chief Engineer, Director of the Electrical Materials and New Technology Research Institute at China Electric Power Research Institute, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the IET "Electrical Materials & Application" journal, Secretary-General of the Transmission and Transformation Materials Committee of the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering, Secretary-General and Member of the Transmission and Transformation Materials Standardization Technical Committee of the China Electricity Council, and Committee Member of the Amorphous and Application Branch of the Chinese Society for Metals. She has long been engaged in the research and development of application technologies and key equipment for electrical materials, presiding over two national key research and development plans in the field of nanocrystalline materials, formulating more than 20 national and power industry standards, State Grid Corporation standards, publishing 3 academic monographs, over 80 SCI papers, and authorizing more than 120 patents. She has been honored with one second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award (R02), eight first prizes of provincial and ministerial level Science and Technology Progress Awards, and one gold award at the Geneva International Invention Exhibition.


秦文萍

个人简介:

秦文萍,太原理工大学电气与动力工程学院教授,博士生导师,IEEE高级会员,IEEE PCCC太原分会秘书长。长期从事电力系统可靠性/韧性评估、大规模新能源并网稳定性分析、交直流混合配电网保护、微电网能量管理等方面的研究工作。主持/参与纵横向项目20余项。获省级科技进步一等奖1项,二等奖2项。获批国家发明专利36项。以第一或通讯作者发表SCI/EI检索论文100余篇。出版学术专著1部;教材8部。


Wenping Qin, Professor at the College of Electrical and Power Engineering, Taiyuan University of Technology, Doctoral supervisor, Senior Member of IEEE, Secretary-General of the Taiyuan Chapter of IEEE PCCC. She has mainly engaged in research on power system reliability/resilience assessment, large-scale new energy grid-connected stability analysis, protection of AC/DC hybrid distribution networks and microgrid energy management. She has presided over  more than 20 National/Provincial/Enterprise Science Foundation projects. She has won one first prize and two second prizes of Shanxi Provincial Scientific and Technological Award. She has been granted 36 national invention patents. She has published more than 100 SCI/EI papers as the first or corresponding author, one academic monograph and 8 textbooks. 


尹嫱

北京化工大学信息科学与技术学院副教授

曾任IEEE GRSS(地学与遥感协会)亚太区协调人

个人简介:

尹嫱,北京化工大学信息科学与技术学院副教授,IEEE女工程师协会北京分会活动主席。中国科学院电子学研究所获工学硕士、工学博士学位,先后在中科院电子所、欧洲空间局工作。曾任北京化工大学信息工程系主任,IEEE GRSS亚太区协调人。现任IEEE BUCT学生分会指导教师,ISO地理信息技术委员会工作组专家。

研究方向包括遥感图像处理,智能信息处理、盐湖资源的遥感信息获取与处理等。主持国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、国家大科学装置-航空遥感系统极化处理软件、国自然重点基金课题等项目,担任科技部-欧空局国际合作“龙计划”极化项目中方共同负责人。获中国石油教育学会教学成果一等奖、北京市科学技术二等奖等荣誉。


YIN Qiang is Associate Professor in the College of Information Science and Technology, Beijing University of Chemical Technology(BUCT),Activity Chair of IEEE Women in Engineering Beijing Chapter. She received Master and Ph.D degree in the Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences(IECAS), and had working experiences in IECAS and European Space Agencyrespectively. She was once the Head of Information Engineering Department in BUCT, IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society(GRSS) Asia Pacific Coordinator, currently is IEEE BUCT Student Branch Instructor, and expert of ISO/TC 211 Geographic Information Working Group.
Her research interests include remote sensing image processing, intelligent information processing, and remote sensing information acquisition and processing of salt lake resources. She led the projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Beijing Natural Science Foundation, polarization processing software development of the National Large Scientific Device--Aeronautical Remote Sensing System, and as Chinese Co-PI led the PolSAR project within the framework of "Dragon Programme" International Cooperation between the Ministry of Science and Technology and European Space Agency. She has won the first prize of Teaching Achievements Award of China Petroleum Education Society and the second prize of Beijing Science and Technology Award.


张蓉萍

张蓉萍,AMD高级运营经理 中国研发中心、企业导师和教练。北京理工大学微电子系毕业,拥有17年研发和运营管理经验。2010年加入AMD,曾任研发团队经理,现为研发中心的运营管理。

丰富的职场导师和个人成长教练经验,帮助成员(包括工程师,研发经理和项目管理,以及运营管理等)在沟通协作,创新及领导力方面得到提升,职业成长。2024年完成ICF (国际教练联合会) 国际教练认证课。


Jane Zhang,Senior Operation Manager AMD China Design Center,Senior Career Mentor & Coach. She graduated from the Department of Microelectronics at Beijing Institute of Technology and had 17 years of R&D and operational management experience. She joined AMD in 2010 and worked as the R&D manager and current role is operation manager.
With years of experience as a career mentor and growth coach, she has helped team members, including engineers and R&D managers, program managers, as well operations managers, to enhance their collaboration, innovation, and leadership skills, fostering their professional development. In 2024, she accomplished coaching training program which accredited by ICF.


董珊

个人简介:

董珊,中科院半导体所凝聚态物理博士;清华大学航院固体力学博士后。现任一家半导体硅光芯片公司的技术企划管理部部长,负责技术项目管理、芯片开发技术企划及硅光芯片领域前沿技术挖掘等。

在中科院半导体所超晶格室和清华大学航院学习和工作的十年期间,担任多项863、973科技课题的项目管理负责人并成功转化多项科研技术落地企业;

先后担任科普视频账号《爱思考的乌鸦》(200万+和《毛茸茸的星球》(300万+)的科学主理人;长期担任中央电视台CCTV10科学动物园栏目的主讲嘉宾,有着丰富的科普内容制作和策划经验。


Dr. Dong Shan graduated from the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences, majoring in Condensed Matter Physics, and obtained a Ph.D. degree. Later, she conducted postdoctoral research in solid mechanics at the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Tsinghua University.
Currently, she serves as the head of the Technology Management and Planning Department of a semiconductor silicon photonic chip technology company, responsible for the company's technology R&D project management, chip development technology planning, and exploration of advanced technology.
In the past ten years, she has studied and worked in the Superlattice Laboratory of the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Tsinghua University. During this period, she served as the project management leader of many 863 and 973 scientific and technological projects, and successfully transformed many scientific research technologies into enterprises.
In addition, she has successively served as the scientific director of the popular science video accounts "The Crow Who Loves to Think" (2 million+) and "The Furry Planet" (3 million+), and has long served as the keynote speaker of the CCTV10 Science Zoo column of CCTV, accumulating rich experience in the production and planning of popular science content.


王岚

上海剀蕊得信息科技有限公司总经理

个人简介:

王岚博士拥有超过20年的工作经验,毕业于北京邮电大学,专长于项目管理和业务拓展。她在通信网络、系统开发方面表现出色,并一直关注云计算和人工智能等技术的发展。

目前,王博士在上海剀蕊得信息科技有限公司担任总经理,负责市场拓展和战略规划。此前,她在上海微至管理咨询有限公司担任高级顾问,专注于算法开发。在Leading Keyidea公司,她指导公司战略和产品开发。在IEEE任职期间,她建立和管理了技术分会和学生分会,支持全球IEEE技术专业人士的活动。

王博士还曾在Infinera公司担任系统工程师,负责技术支持。她在中国电信北京研究院的早期角色涉及电信网络的设计和部署。

在教育方面,王博士拥有北京邮电大学管理科学与工程博士学位,电磁场与微波技术硕士学位,以及西安电子科技大学通信学士学位。


Dr. Wang Lan, with over 20 years of experience, is a Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications alumnus specializing in project management and business development. She excels in communication networks, software development, and has kept abreast with technologies like cloud computing and AI.
Currently, as General Manager at Shanghai Keyidea Information Technology Co., Ltd., Dr. Wang oversees market insights and strategic planning. Previously, she was a Senior Consultant at Shanghai Weizhi Management Consulting Co., Ltd., focusing on algorithm development. At Leading Keyidea PTY LTD, she directed company strategy and product development. Her tenure at IEEE saw her establish and manage technical chapters and student branches, supporting global IEEE activities for ICT professionals.
Dr. Wang also served as a System Engineer at Infinera, identifying market opportunities and conducting technical exchanges. Her earlier role at China Telecom Beijing Research Institute involved telecommunications network design and deployment.
Educationally, Dr. Wang holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, an M.Sc. in Electromagnetic Fields and Microwave Technology, and a B.Sc. in Telecommunications from Xidian University.

With 15 years of experience in talent development, 5 years as the head of OD&TD in China of a multinational German company, he has promoted the coaching culture from 0 to 1 in the organization.

王鹏博士,英特尔中国研究院副院长,数字医疗健康实验室总监。目前侧重在类脑感知、视觉计算、人机交互等前沿技术研究;及在智能健康、教育、制造、零售等场景落地,此前负责政府与企业合作、原型系统开发、技术转移、参考设计、示范部署等。

曾获得英特尔全球品牌大使、英特尔技术最高奖、英特尔中国最佳员工。国际消费电子展最佳创新奖、最佳无线应用奖、最佳技术奖。

发表国内外学术论文40余篇,申请国际专利20多项。


Dr Wang is responsible for the connected computational healthcare research within Intel Labs China. She manages the technical teams and strategic engagements programs. Her focus is neuromorphic sensing and device innovation, human computer interaction and  autonomous systems, as well as developing proof of concepts for future healthcare and education domains. 
She is Global Ambassador of Intel Master Branding program. She won Intel China Award, Intel Academy Award, and Employee of Year. She received Best Innovation Award, Best Wireless 
Application, Best Technology Award at CES. She has filed 20+ international patents and published 40+ research papers. She graduated from Tsinghua University.

Yawen Wu, Board Director & CHRO at RIGOL and President of the Academy of RIGOL. 
Ms. Wu is currently the Board Director & CHRO at RIGOL and President of the Academy of RIGOL. She has served as a mid-level and senior management team coach & organizational system coach, head of human resources and head of market strategy in foreign companies. She has taught in colleges and universities for 13 years, including 7 years as the director of the college mental health counseling center (associate professor) and other cross-functional career experiences.
Ms. Wu has obtained many professional certifications, including the American Hogan Talent Assessment, the British Lumina Spark & Leader, psychological counseling, and international peer learning facilitator. She has led more than 300 workshops for middle and senior management teams of more than 40 high-tech and listed companies.
In her 30-year career, Ms. Yawen Wu has successfully led organizational change and business transformation as a senior executive in both local and multinational companies, relying on her profound background in psychology and education. As an executive and organizational system coach, she has extensive practical experience in leadership mental evolution. She uses a unique perspective and innovative methodology to help organizational systems and team development achieve a qualitative leap.
