这是一套顶跃房，面积236㎡，供一家三代四口人居住生活。男主人B哥，是一名广告从业者，太太豆姐，在外企工作，他们在忙碌的工作之余，热爱生活，喜欢美食、旅行和户外活动，B哥钟爱钓鱼和手作，太太喜欢收藏餐具和阅读，彼此间的温馨和睦是他们对家的共同追求，希望创造一个有包容性，松弛感的家，既能满足家人的生活需求，又能有品质体验感，让每一个角落都蕴含着属于他们自己生活中的美好与舒适。

- Before -
「屋主需求」
1.一楼只需要两个房间，厨房位置与客餐厅疏离缺少互动，希望能有一个独立的家政间；
2.一楼主要使用对象是老人和小孩使用，希望提高卫生间的体验和实用性；
3.重新改造屋顶花园，把主卧，书房，衣帽间，花园有机结合起来，作为屋主的私人空间。
- After -
「设计达成」
1.把厨房位置调整到相邻的客房，原来厨房的空间转为玄关土间和家政间，在原客房东西向的墙面打开两个门洞，这样就得到一条回家后的家政动线【玄关-厨房-餐厅】 ，同时也让厨房和公区之间产生直接的关联，增加餐厨之间的互动；
2.一楼主要是小朋友和老人使用，原户型安排的两个卫生间面积不大，同时又让走廊动线体验局促，我们重新解构了两个卫生间，整合成为一个三分离的盥洗区，使用了双层磨砂玻璃作为淋浴房和恭桶间的隔断增加走廊的采光，让空间1+1>2；
3.二楼格局主要围绕男女主人的生活场景来展开，把主卧安排在视野开阔的西向，在天朗气清的时候二楼是可以看到雪山，书房在东向，男主人平时办公和手作都呆在这个房间，同时也作为露台收纳的延伸空间，露台居中作为平时的多功能户外空间供家人和朋友休息娱乐，并串联楼梯间，主卧，书房。

回家第一站，玄关不仅是制造仪式感的迎宾空间，还扮演了家的【仓库】角色，我们把玄关-鞋帽间-家政间，作为回家的第一动线，高效地实现了换鞋-挂衣-消杀的生活场景，这是玄关适应现代生活方式的一种进化。
As the first stop when returning home, the entrance hall is not only a welcoming space that creates a sense of ceremony, but also plays the role of the home's [warehouse]. We use the entrance hall-shoe and hat room-housekeeping room as the first route home, efficiently realizing the life scenes of changing shoes-hanging clothes-disinfection. This is an evolution of the entrance hall to adapt to the modern lifestyle.
鞋帽间在玄关通往家政间之间，我们设置了一个1.8米长的四门壁橱，作为玄关的【仓库】，屋主的衣帽鞋物等都可以得到有序的收纳，保证了入户的干净清爽同时，也增加了实用性。
Between the entrance and the housekeeping room, we set up a 1.8-meter-long four-door closet as a [warehouse] in the entrance. The owner's clothes, hats, shoes, etc. can be stored in an orderly manner, ensuring a clean and refreshing home while also increasing practicality.
我们把原来生活阳台内退，做成一个比较方正的家政间，“U”字形布局的三面收纳可以满足一家4口的洗烘-晾晒-熨烫等日常生活需求。用“银玻”推拉门作为隔断，保证采光同时也让家政场景变得有美感。
We moved the original living balcony inward and made it into a relatively square housekeeping room. The three-sided storage of the "U"-shaped layout can meet the daily needs of a family of four for washing, drying, drying, ironing, etc. "Silver glass" sliding doors are used as partitions to ensure lighting and make the housekeeping scene beautiful.
从玄关往里走，我们把厨房靠走廊一侧打开了一个窗洞，让厨房和楼梯间之间有更多的视线的延伸。
Walking in from the entrance hall, we opened a window on the kitchen side close to the corridor to allow more visual extension between the kitchen and the stairwell.
同时家里小朋友喜欢楼梯下的玩具角落，玩耍时，家长也能轻松照看到，增加小朋友的安全感和亲子间互动。
Children at home like the toy corner under the stairs. Parents can easily keep an eye on them while they play, which increases the children’s sense of security and interaction between parents and children.
厨房是半开放设计，除了走廊的窗洞，在靠近餐厅的区域也打开了门洞，模糊餐厨间的空间界限，增加空间的互动。冰箱和蒸烤箱平行于中厨区安排在动线两边，左侧设置了冰箱、蒸烤箱和西厨柜台，方便回家后就近存储和烘焙料理。右侧则是我们的中厨区，烹饪更加便捷和高效，简单料理和热菜烹饪互不干扰。
The kitchen is semi-open. In addition to the window openings in the corridor, the door openings are also opened in the area near the dining room, blurring the spatial boundaries between the dining room and the kitchen, and increasing the interaction of the space. The refrigerator and steam oven are arranged on both sides of the moving line parallel to the central kitchen area. The refrigerator, steam oven and western kitchen counter are set on the left side, which is convenient for storing and baking food nearby after returning home. On the right side is our central kitchen area, which makes cooking more convenient and efficient. Simple cooking and hot cooking do not interfere with each other.
从厨房看餐厅，拉近了橱柜到餐桌的距离，让做菜的人不孤独，餐桌上的人也快乐，食物的美妙在于分享，快乐也就是在分享的过程里慢慢四溢开来，不论是亲情还是友情在这里都能得到更好的连接。
Looking at the dining room from the kitchen shortens the distance between the cabinet and the dining table, making the cook less lonely and the people at the table happy. The beauty of food lies in sharing, and happiness slowly spreads in the process of sharing. Both family and friendship can be better connected here.
餐厅是家里人最容易聚集的地方，我们在餐桌周围预留出了足够的动线空间，保证了用餐同时，空间的流动性，餐厅最重要的家具是餐桌，它不仅是每天用餐的地方，还可以是三五好友派对的平台，偶尔在桌上看看书写点东西等等，所以女主人豆姐挑选了1.8米尺寸的深色橡木的Vitra EM Table，温润扎实，搭配了有电影场景感的TON18号和30号椅，小朋友则是STOKKE成长椅，满足孩子每个阶段成长变化。
The dining room is the place where family members gather most easily. We have reserved enough space for movement around the dining table to ensure the fluidity of the space while dining. The most important furniture in the dining room is the dining table. It is not only a place for daily meals, but also a platform for parties with a few friends, where you can occasionally read a book or write something on the table. Therefore, the hostess Doujie chose a 1.8-meter-sized dark oak Vitra EM Table, which is warm and solid. It is matched with TON chairs No. 18 and No. 30 that have a sense of movie scenes. The children are given STOKKE growth chairs to meet the growth changes of children at each stage.
因为楼顶有足够的户外活动空间，我们把原来餐厅外的阳台内退到室内来，为餐厅增加了一个休闲区，豆姐挑选了Ton Rocking Armchair放在这里，让慵懒和松弛的氛围延伸到餐厅。
Because there is enough space for outdoor activities on the rooftop, we moved the original balcony outside the restaurant indoors and added a leisure area for the restaurant. Sister Dou chose the Ton Rocking Armchair and placed it here to extend the lazy and relaxing atmosphere to the restaurant.
客厅没有设置笨重的茶几，由女主人收来的老木凳子替代，方便移动又可以补充坐位，中间地毯的场域成为了社交的中心，小朋友在客厅随意跑跳玩耍，在地毯上与父母互动，让客厅始终处在情感流淌的场景里。从客厅贯穿到餐厅的米色壁橱，承载了整个工区的收纳重任，排列有序的门缝线条，营造出精致的生活氛围。
The living room does not have a heavy coffee table. Instead, it is replaced by an old wooden stool collected by the hostess. It is easy to move and can also provide additional seating. The carpet in the middle has become the center of social interaction. Children can run and play freely in the living room and interact with their parents on the carpet, making the living room always in a scene of emotional flow. The beige closet that runs from the living room to the dining room bears the storage responsibility of the entire work area. The orderly arranged door seam lines create a refined living atmosphere.
用镂空砖墙替代实体墙面，模糊客厅与楼梯间的界限，让空间变得有呼吸感，同时也便于观察孩子在楼梯间玩耍的情况，增加孩子的安全感。
Replacing solid walls with hollow brick walls blurs the boundary between the living room and the stairwell, making the space more breathable. It also makes it easier to observe children playing in the stairwell, increasing their sense of security.
豆姐希望儿童房是孩子的成长空间，所以在挑选家具时都用了成品家具组合的模式，让空间功能充满“弹性”， 虽然都是成品的家具组合，但是每一本书，一个手办，一副涂鸦，都有他们合适的【容身之地】，这些攒下来的爱，都是孩子长大后能解忧的光。
Sister Dou hopes that the children's room can be a space for the child to grow up, so when selecting furniture, she used the model of ready-made furniture combination to make the space function full of "flexibility". Although they are all ready-made furniture combinations, every book, a figurine, and a graffiti has their appropriate [place to live]. 重新整合了原本的公卫和房间里的次卫，将其解构为三分离的干湿区配置，从房间-洗漱区-淋浴区-马桶间串联成一条洗漱的洄游动线，显著的提升了卫生间的使用效率和隐私性，同时让原本逼仄采光较差的过道变得明亮开阔。
The original public bathroom and the secondary bathroom in the room were reintegrated and deconstructed into three separate dry and wet areas. The room-washing area-shower area-toilet room was connected in series into a washing circulation line, which significantly improved It improves the usage efficiency and privacy of the bathroom, and at the same time makes the originally cramped corridor with poor lighting bright and open.
盥洗台设计了双台盆，能从容应对小朋友和家人读书日晨起时间的洗漱高峰，不锈钢饰面的镜柜搭配胡桃木饰面，既有金属的高级感又有胡桃木的自然气息，不锈钢吊柜也可以更好的应对洗漱的水汽，打理起来也很方便。
The washbasin is designed with double basins, which can easily cope with the peak time of washing and brushing teeth in the morning when children and family members wake up on study days. The mirror cabinet with stainless steel finish is matched with walnut finish, which has both the high-end feel of metal and the natural scent of walnut. The stainless steel wall cabinet can also better cope with the water vapor from washing and brushing teeth, and is also very convenient to maintain.
淋浴间和马桶间都采用了双层磨砂玻璃隔断，保证隐私同时也让干区的空间有更好的采光，提升家居美感。
The shower room and toilet room are both separated by double-layer frosted glass, which not only ensures privacy but also allows better lighting in the dry area, enhancing the aesthetics of the home.
顺着楼梯来到二楼，在楼梯的端景我们设置了一个小天井，在天井里造了一组微景观，主树是野茉莉，可观形，观花，观果四季不同样，下午两三点钟的阳光从天井下来，缓缓穿过树梢的叶片，轻盈的落在楼梯间的白墙，光影变化成为楼梯间最好的装饰。
Go up the stairs to the second floor. We set up a small patio at the end of the stairs and built a group of micro-landscapes in the patio. The main tree is wild jasmine, which can be viewed in different seasons for its shape, flowers and fruits. At two or three o'clock in the afternoon, the sunlight comes down from the patio, slowly passes through the leaves on the treetops, and lightly falls on the white wall of the stairwell. The changes in light and shadow become the best decoration of the stairwell.
结合屋主的需求，我们把露台切割为卧室，连廊，书房，露台四个区域，通过连廊将空间串联连起来。二楼楼梯间采用了大面积落地玻璃门窗，最大化将光延伸到楼梯间。楼梯间与露台之间的连廊则是一个灰色空间，连廊檐下是家的庇护，家人在屋檐下共度黄昏，仰望星空亦或是晴空万里远眺四姑娘山，在这里留下的欢笑点滴积累成属于屋主的生活色彩。
According to the needs of the owner, we divided the terrace into four areas: bedroom, corridor, study, and terrace, and connected the spaces in series through the corridor. The stairwell on the second floor uses large floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows to maximize the light extending to the stairwell. The corridor between the stairwell and the terrace is a gray space. The eaves of the corridor are the shelter of the home. The family spends the evening together under the eaves, looking up at the starry sky or the clear sky overlooking Siguniang Mountain. The laughter left here accumulates into the color of the owner's life.
书房和主卧布置在连廊的两端，在男主人闲时喜欢呆在书房，工作台简洁实用，平时可以轻办公，同时也是B哥的手工桌，B哥喜欢钓鱼，擅长自己做路亚鱼饵，鱼饵从白胚到喷涂再到挂钩，都是B哥自己手作，旁人看似枯燥，对于B哥来说别有滋味，用自己做的饵打到自己想打的鱼，这种成就感可以无可替代的。
The study and the master bedroom are arranged at the two ends of the corridor. The male owner likes to stay in the study when he is free. The workbench is simple and practical. It can be used for light work at ordinary times. It is also Brother B’s craft table. Brother B likes fishing and is good at making his own lure bait. The bait, from white embryo to spraying to hooks, is all made by Brother B himself. It may seem boring to others, but it is a special experience for Brother B. He can catch the fish he wants to catch with the bait he made by himself. This sense of accomplishment is irreplaceable.
我们将马桶间设置在主卧进门的区域，即便家人或朋友在露台有使用需求，也无需穿过主卧，方便快捷。马桶间设计了一扇横窗，透过窗外花园绿植的映衬，在最私密的空间中也能感受自然的平静和美丽。
We set the toilet room at the entrance of the master bedroom. Even if family members or friends need to use it on the terrace, they don’t have to go through the master bedroom. It is convenient and quick. A horizontal window is designed in the toilet room. Through the reflection of the green plants in the garden outside the window, you can feel the tranquility and beauty of nature in the most private space.
我们在衣帽间进门处，设置了一组穿衣镜，方便屋主夫妇日常换衣搭配，同时也可以倍化空间。衣物储藏区域采用纱帘与壁挂架的组合形式，既方便找衣服，又保留了空间的柔和氛围。纱帘材质轻盈柔软，提供了良好的隐私性，同时让整个空间显得更加松弛和舒适，提升了居住体验的温馨感。
We set up a set of dressing mirrors at the entrance of the cloakroom, which is convenient for the owner and his wife to change clothes every day, and can also double the space. The clothing storage area adopts a combination of gauze curtains and wall hangers, which is convenient for finding clothes and retains the soft atmosphere of the space. The gauze curtains are light and soft, providing good privacy, while making the whole space more relaxed and comfortable, and enhancing the warmth of the living experience.
豆姐挑选了nychair X 扶手椅搭配TENDO的蘑菇凳做床尾休闲区搭配，松弛中带一点复古氛围，下午三四点钟的阳光，缓缓渗过柔软的白纱，落在椅子、地板上，让这个角落有了它自己表情。
The female owner chose the nychair X armchair and TENDO's mushroom stool as the leisure area at the end of the bed, which is relaxing with a retro atmosphere. The sunlight at three or four o'clock in the afternoon slowly seeps through the soft white gauze and falls on the chair and the floor, giving this corner its own expression.
主卧床头朝西，正对露台花园，也是整个二楼视野最好的位置，在天朗气清的时候可以远眺四姑娘山，床四周都预留出了足够的动线尺度，床屏隔断后是通往盥洗间的通道，便于屋主以最短路径去到盥洗间，提升使用效率。床屏中间设计了壁龛，台面做了下沉收纳盒，把充电的设备和插座都放在里面，盖板可以翻起，轻松收纳使用，保持床头区域的整洁。
The head of the master bedroom bed faces west, facing the terrace garden, which is also the best view position on the entire second floor. When the weather is clear, you can see Siguniang Mountain in the distance. Sufficient movement lines are reserved around the bed. Behind the bed screen is the passage to the bathroom, which is convenient for the owner to go to the bathroom in the shortest way and improve the efficiency. A niche is designed in the middle of the bed screen, and the tabletop is made into a sunken storage box, in which the charging devices and sockets are placed. The cover can be flipped up for easy storage and use, keeping the bedside area clean.
我们把盥洗间藏在床屏后，胡桃木和仿水泥砖搭配，营造出平静温暖的氛围。把干区视野和光线最好的位置留给了浴缸，在浴缸中滋养的灵感是可以把普通变得不普通。淋浴间安排在盥洗台的另一端，墙地一体的水泥砖延伸到浴室，黑框钢化玻璃隔断做干湿分离，营造出舒适宁静的卫浴空间。
We hide the bathroom behind the bed screen, and match walnut wood and imitation cement tiles to create a calm and warm atmosphere. The best view and light in the dry area are reserved for the bathtub. The inspiration of nourishing in the bathtub can make the ordinary extraordinary. The shower room is arranged at the other end of the washbasin. The wall-to-floor cement tiles extend to the bathroom, and the black-framed glass partition is used to separate the dry and wet areas, creating a comfortable and quiet bathroom space.
主卧床头正对花园，除了每天清晨醒来第一眼的花园绿意，透过宽3.8m的落地窗，还可以遥望一座城市的春夏秋冬。
The head of the master bedroom faces the garden. In addition to the green garden that is the first thing you see when you wake up every morning, you can also see the spring, summer, autumn and winter of a city through the 3.8m-wide floor-to-ceiling windows.
屋顶花园可以满足一家人多元的需求，女主人在这里可以种花，姥姥可以种菜，男主人可以养鱼，小朋友可以在充气泳池游泳玩水，朋友来了摆上烧烤架来个BBQ，吃个露天火锅都不错，为生活增添乐趣，每个下班后和周末都充满期待，放松身心，享受惬意的时光。
The roof garden can meet the diverse needs of a family. The hostess can plant flowers here, the grandmother can grow vegetables, the husband can raise fish, the children can swim in the inflatable pool, and when friends come over, you can set up the barbecue grill for a BBQ or have an open-air hot pot. It adds fun to life and is full of anticipation after get off work and every weekend to relax and enjoy a pleasant time.
