「屋主需求」

1.房屋套内面积80㎡，一家三口居住，父母过年过节偶尔会来居住，希望家里拥有强⼤的收纳功能；

2.⼥主人爱好烘焙，想要有完善的操作设备和舒适的动线规划；

3.男主人爱好电竞，梦想有一个专属空间；

4.认为家最重要的是温馨的家庭氛围和舒适的睡眠环境，社恐与社牛的家庭组合，希望有各⾃独⽴的窝家区域，互不打扰。

「设计达成」

1.客厅阳台纳入室内，拉近了空间与自然的距离，设置了整面电视墙的储存系统，可以容纳玩具、书籍和囤货等，屋主和小朋友能以最简便的路线在里面互动，斜面的天花像童话里的小屋被搬进了家里，使空间显得更加灵动有趣；

2.餐厅加入一列功能柜，集成了冰箱、蒸烤箱、扫地机和小电器等，女主人在餐桌上准备点心烘焙的同时，视线也能照顾到客厅里玩耍的小朋友；

3.拆掉书房部分墙体，以玻璃作为隔断，既实现了空间的分隔又不失通透感。推拉门与百叶帘的开合转换，让空间充满交流的同时也保持一定的私密性；

4.主卧向书房借用60cm，将卧室的衣物收纳扩大了一倍，地台模糊床的边界，高度与飘窗齐平，放上软垫，躺平更惬意。空间以胡桃木和杏色为主调，温润的木质家具，简洁流畅的线条，柔和的浅色调，营造出宁静而温馨的氛围，享受一段恬静时光。

玄关希望满足功能和美观，我们集成了挂衣、换鞋凳、穿衣镜和抽屉柜的一体化设计，充分利用空间。坐凳高度设为40cm，适合换鞋时的舒适坐高，利用中间空间设置了抽屉，方便屋主存放票据和杂物收纳，家居鞋可以收纳到底部，保持入户干净整洁。挂衣区右侧植入穿衣镜，不仅能满足屋主出入时的仪容整理，还能反射光线扩大视觉感受，使玄关更加宽敞明亮。

我们在餐厅设置了一张长1.6米，高0.75米的餐桌，和餐边柜结合具备抽拉功能。平时，餐桌可以推入餐边柜内，节省空间，供一家人日常使用；有客人来访时，餐桌拉出，轻松切换到聚餐模式，营造出宽敞的就餐环境。定制的餐边柜可以展示和存放餐厨用具，方便取用的同时也增添了装饰性。

餐边柜还集成了一列功能柜，内置冰箱、蒸烤箱、扫地机和小电器等，女主人在餐桌上准备辅食点心时，也能关注到客厅里玩耍的小朋友，温馨有爱。

厨房采用了“一字型”布局，简洁而高效。地柜选用胡桃木材质，深色的木纹增添了空间的质感与温暖氛围，吊柜则选用了杏色，带来明亮柔和的视觉层次。烹饪者只需轻轻转身，便可将美味佳肴送到餐桌上，流畅的餐厨动线，使烹饪和用餐体验更加愉快和舒适。

The kitchen adopts a "one-line" layout,, which is simple and efficient.  The floor cabinet is made of walnut, and the dark wood grain adds texture and warm atmosphere to the space.  The wall cabinet is apricot color, which brings a bright and soft visual level.  The cook only needs to turn around to deliver delicious food to the table.  The smooth dining and kitchen line makes the cooking and dining experience more pleasant and comfortable.

客厅空间注重收纳，我们设置了超强收纳电视墙，可以收纳小朋友的玩具、医药物品和家居囤货，保持客厅整洁有序。电视柜与阳台柜一体化设计，长度近6米，足以放下相当于62个20寸行李箱的物品。

客厅铺上柔软的地毯，为孩子提供了宽敞安全的玩耍空间，电视柜底部挑空让整面柜子更轻盈，为小朋友预留了可以收纳玩具、绘本的收纳篮空间，长大后也可以自由玩耍而不显得杂乱。

The living room focuses on storage, and we have set up ample storage space. The super storage TV wall can not only store children's toys and daily items, but also accommodate household goods to keep the living room tidy and orderly. The TV cabinet and balcony cabinet are integrated into a design, with a length of nearly 6 meters, enough to hold items equivalent to 62 20-inch suitcases.

The living room is covered with soft carpets, providing children with a spacious and safe play space. The bottom of the TV cabinet is hollowed out to make the entire cabinet lighter, and a storage basket space for toys and picture books is reserved for children, so that they can play freely without appearing messy when they grow up.

电视墙与沙发对望，半墙玻璃设计巧妙地将书房和客厅区隔开来，又保持了视觉的通透感，两个空间既相互独立，又彼此联系。灰色绒布沙发与地毯相得益彰，提供了舒适的休息区域，增加客厅的温馨氛围。

The TV wall faces the sofa, and the half-wall glass design cleverly separates the study and the living room, while maintaining a sense of visual transparency. The two spaces are both independent and connected. The gray velvet sofa and the carpet complement each other, providing a comfortable rest area and adding to the warm atmosphere of the living room.

客厅和过道的顶部采用了斜面天花的设计，仿佛童话中的小屋被搬进了家中，增加空间的层次感，隐藏的线性灯光进行动线引导，赋予空间趣味和探索欲。

The top of the living room and the corridor adopts a sloping ceiling design, as if the fairy tale cottage has been moved into the house, which increases the layering of the space. The hidden linear lights guide the movement and give the space interest and a desire to explore.

以沙发作为边界，背后开设了半墙，打造出一个独立的玻璃书房，胡桃木、杏色与黑色线条营造了简洁利落的氛围。书房半墙高度为90cm，嵌入玻璃的室内窗使空间更加通透，可以坐在书房就关注到客厅的小朋友，增加家人之间的互动。

With the sofa as the boundary, a half wall is opened behind to create an independent glass study room. Walnut, apricot and black lines create a simple and neat atmosphere. The half wall is 90CM high, and the glass-embedded interior window makes the space more transparent. You can pay attention to the children in the living room while sitting in the study room, which increases the interaction between family members.

书房内部采用双“一字型”布局，书桌+开架书柜一体设计，可以满足书籍和杂物收纳。父母偶尔会来居住，书房内结合飘窗台设计了1.5米宽的榻榻米，床尾处预留了一组衣柜，方便储放衣物。

我们在玻璃窗前安装了百叶帘，三联动玻璃推拉门把房间的自然采光延伸到走廊，门前设置了窗帘，轻轻一拉，即可将书房转变为一个独立的房间，充分保证了隐私和舒适性。偶尔男主人在家玩游戏后，也可以就近入睡，不会打扰到家人，一切都刚刚好。

The study room adopts a double "one-line" layout, with a desk + open-shelf bookcase integrated design, which can meet the needs of storing books and sundries. Parents occasionally come to live here, and a 1.5M wide tatami is designed in the study room in combination with the bay window sill. A set of wardrobes is reserved at the end of the bed for convenient storage of clothes.

We installed blinds in front of the glass windows, and the three-link glass sliding door extends the natural lighting of the room to the corridor. Curtains are set in front of the door. With a slight pull, the study room can be transformed into an independent room, fully ensuring privacy and comfort. Occasionally, the male owner can fall asleep nearby after playing games at home without disturbing his family. In short, everything is just right.

主卧设置了地台床，可以弱化房间两侧落地柜带来的包裹感，相较于常规床高度更矮，与飘窗台齐高，有效释放了空间尺度。地面抬高后，飘窗台转变为一个舒适的坐高，屋主可以在这里阅读放空，开启亲子陪伴时光。

床头区域集成了床靠和梳妆台，台面延伸进柜体，提供了更大的空间进行梳妆和收纳物品。床尾则设计了整面衣柜，并配以开放格，增加视觉透气感的同时，也提供了展示纪念品或绿植花卉的空间，为卧室带来一丝绿意生机。

The bedside area integrates a bed back and a dressing table, and the tabletop extends into the cabinet, providing more space for dressing and organizing items. The end of the bed is designed with a full-wall wardrobe and open grids, which can increase the visual sense of breathing and provide space for displaying souvenirs or green plants and flowers, bringing a touch of vitality and greenery to the bedroom.

主卧设计中巧妙地借用了书房的60cm空间，扩大了卧室的衣物收纳容量。床尾顶部嵌入了一组84寸的隐形投影幕布，夜晚降临时，放下幕布即可享受私人影院的沉浸体验，忙碌一天后，可以全身心放松下来。

The master bedroom cleverly uses the 60cm space of the study to expand the bedroom's clothing storage capacity. An 84-inch invisible projection screen is embedded on the top of the bed. When night falls, you can open the screen to enjoy the immersive experience of a private cinema. After a busy day, you can relax completely.

儿童房以清新的绿色系为主调，为孩子营造一个充满童趣和清新自然的氛围。房间内设置了一组床尾衣柜和玩具柜，并预留了足够的空间，以便未来上学后更换成书桌，可随着孩子成长变化而灵活变动。

The children's room is dominated by fresh green to create a space atmosphere full of childlike fun and fresh nature for the children. A set of wardrobes and toy cabinets are set up in the room, and enough space is reserved so that they can be replaced with desks after school, which can be flexibly changed as the children grow up.
