本案是一个精装房改造案例，女屋主从事日语翻译工作，目前是独居生活，热爱阅读和音乐，父母偶尔来居住。房屋双面采光，南北通透，但原有的精装调性与屋主的喜好有所偏差，我们在设计沟通之初主要围绕着温馨治愈的主题，屋主希望能时刻被自己喜欢的事物所包围带来的安全感。在经过多次细致的交流之后，我们决定在不改动房间格局的前提下，用色彩和软装去营造出更符合她喜好的家居氛围。

「设计达成」

1.考虑到房屋是一梯一户，我们以入户门为界，把玄关分为了室内和室外两部分，解放了更多的室内空间；

2.餐厅选择了成品的餐桌和餐边柜来组合，在平时的单人用餐场景中，餐桌嵌入餐边柜内，形成一体化的结构，而在多人就餐时，可以轻松拉出餐桌增加桌面空间，根据就餐人数灵活调节，也兼顾了屋主一人就餐时餐厅通道的宽敞舒适；

3.客厅我们尝试用单人沙发组合代替传统三人沙发为客厅落座中心的布局，打造灵活多变的客厅空间，每个角落都可以随心落座。客厅背景墙与书房一墙之隔，我们设置了一扇通往书房的隐形门，端景设计弱化阴角，打造了进入书房的仪式感；

4. 主卧使用晶格玻璃隔断划分出了次净衣区，同时也兼顾了与主卧的通透性；

5.前期和屋主通过物料实物和拼贴图的形式了解到了屋主的喜好方向，在空间加入装饰画、胡桃木、木百叶、棉麻织物等复古元素，搭配屋主喜好的绿色系，营造偏南洋复古方向的家居氛围。

将鞋柜功能整合到电梯厅，屋主不再需要在室内放置独立的鞋柜，整个玄关区域显得更为宽敞。我们在入户左侧设置了一个轻盈复古的独脚几，方便屋主回家随放钥匙手机，抽屉补充杂物收纳，可以根据自己的心情或是不同季节安排喜欢的香氛和鲜花，打造属于自己的玄关仪式感，同时也成为了从主卧出来时的走廊端景。

餐厅空间较紧凑，为了满足屋主偶尔邀约朋友、家人多人聚餐的需求，又能在日常生活中，有充足的餐边收纳空间，我们考虑了成品的餐桌餐柜一体设计，聚餐模式拉出，平常生活时收进放置，保持餐厅通道的宽敞舒适。

The restaurant space is relatively compact. In order to meet the owner's need to occasionally invite friends and family to dine, and to have enough storage space next to the dining table in daily life, we considered the integrated design of the finished dining table and sideboard. Pull it out when in party mode, and push the dining table in when one person is using it to maintain a spacious and comfortable restaurant passage.

1600*80的餐桌与餐边柜功能叠加，大大提升了餐厅空间的利用率，台面上可以放置咖啡机、即热饮水机和书籍等，洞洞板可以自由DIY组合，放置杯具、绿植和常用工具，上下的柜体补充餐边收纳。

The functions of the 1600*80 dining table and sideboard are superimposed, which greatly improves the utilization of the restaurant space. Coffee machines, water dispensers, books, etc. can be placed on the countertop. Pegboard can be freely DIY combined to place cups, green plants and commonly used items. Upper and lower cabinets complement the sideboard storage.

阳光透过纱帘映进餐厅，投下淡淡的暖色调，在这个安静的餐桌场景中，将阅读融入日常生活的每一个美好瞬间。

客厅里自由摆放了两组单人沙发和休闲椅，与圆形地毯搭配围坐，羊羔绒的布料细腻温暖，搭配柔软的靠垫，无论是放松靠在一侧，组合起来横躺，还是席地而坐享受休闲时光，都能找到最合适的坐姿。屋主可以在这里与家人朋友畅谈，亦或是独自冥想，坐在那里当一闲人最好，执书徐徐翻阅，抬眼便是阳光透过木百叶的光影，听着自己喜欢的民谣，嘴角不自觉便微笑起来。

There are two sets of single sofas and leisure chairs freely placed in the living room, with a round carpet spread in the middle. The lambswool fabric is fine and warm, paired with soft cushions. Whether the owner is relaxing on one side, lying on both sides together, or sitting on the floor to enjoy leisure time, you can find the most suitable sitting position. The owner can chat with family and friends here, or think and read alone. When he looked up, he saw the sunlight filtering through the wooden blinds and listened to his favorite folk song, which made him smile unconsciously.

我们在客厅设置了近3米长的收纳柜体，柜体内部设置了一组洞洞板，吸尘器、医疗箱和各类日用囤货都能有序地收纳其中，让客厅空间更显整洁有条理。为了保持整个空间的统一，我们将柜门与最右侧通往书房的隐形门组合，关闭时自然融入到背景墙中，细格栅造型搭配古铜质感的拉手，精致统一。我们在壁柜前的吊顶里预埋了120寸的投影幕布，闲暇时光来一部经典电影，沉浸式观影，放松治愈。

We set up a nearly 3-meter-long storage cabinet in the living room. Inside the cabinet is a set of perforated panels. Vacuum cleaners, medical kits, and various daily necessities can be stored neatly, making the living room tidier. In order to maintain the unity of the entire space, we combined the cabinet door with the invisible door leading to the study on the far right, which naturally blends into the background wall when closed. The exquisite grille shape and bronze-textured handle are exquisite and unified. We built a 120-inch projection screen into the ceiling in front of the cabinets. In their spare time, owners can watch a classic movie immersively and relaxedly.

设计沟通中，屋主告诉我们发现了一家心仪的装饰画店，根据屋主的喜好和挂画尺寸排列组合丰富墙面，缤纷有趣。客厅搭配了同系列的5组胡桃矮柜，可以收纳书籍和杂物，台面上可以放置投影仪，展示旅途的收藏纪念品。客厅橄榄绿的半墙设计与绿植、挂画相呼应，搭配胡桃柜，营造出自然温润的家居氛围。

During the design communication, the owner of the house told us that he had found a decorative painting shop. According to the owner's preferences and the size of the hanging paintings, the walls were arranged and combined in a colorful and interesting way. The living room is equipped with 5 sets of walnut low cabinets of the same series, which can store books and sundries. A projector can be placed on the countertop to display collected souvenirs from the trip. The olive green half-wall design in the living room echoes the green plants and hanging paintings, and is paired with walnut cabinets to create a natural and warm home atmosphere.

矮柜刚好是慵懒地躺在沙发上方便拿取的理想高度，让遥控器或书籍近在手边。旁边的小矮凳既可以作为实用性的置物边几，也可以在需要时迅速转变为临时的座椅，提供更多的自由度和灵活性。

The height of the low cabinet is just right, making it easy for the owner to access the remote control or books while lying on the sofa. The small stool next to it can be used as a practical side table for storage or can be quickly converted into a temporary seat when needed, providing more freedom and flexibility.

我们将原书房中生硬的墙体阴角转化为弧形墙面设计，中间预留了一个三角壁龛，搭配小筒灯，这里即是进入书房的过渡，平凡生活需要转角不经意的仪式感。

We changed the corner of the original study room into a curved wall design, and reserved a triangular niche in the middle with a small downlight installed in it. This is the transition into the study, and ordinary life also requires a sense of ritual.

沙绿色墙顶为整个书房营造了一种惬意安宁的包裹感，享受与自己的独处时光，藤编开架柜组合错落有致，利落的线条和收藏品的玩味造型相搭配，每一个书房都可能是好创意的诞生地，同时也是灵感和创意本身。

The sand green wall top creates a comfortable and tranquil feeling for the entire study, allowing the owner to enjoy alone time. The rattan open-shelf cabinets are well-proportioned, and their neat lines complement the playful shapes of the collectibles. Every study room can be a source of creativity and inspiration.
