REBORN

这是一套位于上海市中心的旧房改造项目，Nicole 夫妇和女儿一家三口居住。他们已在这里住了 20 年，10 年前曾进行过一次小规模的改装，现在装修愈加显得陈旧，女儿渐渐长大也想为她打造个自己的公主房，因为地段在市中心，所以没考虑置换新房 ，希望通过设计来赋予这个家新面貌。房子曾被父母装修成“90 年代红木”的风格，泰国柚木地板和实木家具丢之可惜，希望能够部分保留延用，如何将新旧元素完美结合，优化客厅的阴冷和光线暗，成为我们这次主要的设计思考点。

「设计达成」

1.在原玄关布局上增添了一组鞋柜隔断和洞洞板，三面围合避免直看客厅，增加收纳空间的同时也起到了装饰作用；

2.将阳台纳入室内，打开客厅与厨房的隔墙，考虑了开放式 LDK 布局，客厅空间更加明亮通透。开放式厨房可以在烹饪时与孩子互动，做饭带娃两不误。客厅加装了墙暖和中央空调，提升客厅的舒适度；

3.我们将北向的房间设置为女儿房，加入了她喜欢的粉色点亮空间，考虑了床头绘本收纳和学习桌，飘窗台添置了软垫让阅读更加舒适；

4.书房部分墙体采用了玻璃砖设计，增加过道的采光；

5.全屋以白色+柚木为主调，搭配姜黄色点缀，保留了原有的实木书柜和柚木地板，地板进行了翻新处理，让这些老家具得以延续重焕生机，新增的吊顶和电视墙的壁挂系统与之材质呼应，营造出和谐的氛围风格。

玄关新增了一组鞋柜收纳与圆形洞洞隔断，引入自然光线的同时也保证了收纳，光影柔和有趣。隔断旁的吊灯为晚归的家人留下一盏灯火，温暖归家人的心。悬空的鞋柜造型轻盈，宽敞的柜台方便随手放置钥匙、快递、香薰等小物，让生活更加便捷有序。

玄关采用围合步入式设计，从原来的单面收纳扩展至三面收纳，进门右侧的洞洞板可自由DIY，加上挂钩轻松收纳衣帽和伞具等，墙板一体隐藏了强弱电箱。卫生间的晶格玻璃门与洞洞窗洞共同为玄关带来自然光线，增加入户采光。

客厅设置了四组 80CM 宽的复古壁挂系统，可以灵活组合，展示喜欢的书籍/杂志和摆件，开放的形式让空间更加松弛透气。电视柜底部预留了 40CM 的收纳盒高度做悬空处理，小朋友常用的玩具、绘本可以分类收纳。回访时女主人告诉我们，在入住后就开启了墙暖，不再是冰冷的客厅，一家人也更爱待在客厅活动，相互陪伴增进情感。

The living room is equipped with four sets of 80CM wide retro wall hanging systems, which can be flexibly combined to display favorite books/magazines and ornaments. The open form makes the space more relaxed and breathable. There is a storage box height of 40CM reserved at the bottom of the TV cabinet for suspended processing. Children's commonly used toys and picture books can be stored in categories. During the return visit, the hostess told us that she turned on the wall heating after moving in. The living room is no longer cold, and the family prefers to stay in the living room and do activities, which enhances the relationship with the family.

客厅顶部设计了波浪顶，不拘泥于传统的平直，曲线起伏，明暗交替，展现流动的韵律美和层次感。波浪顶尽头是保留的实木书柜，摆列了藏书和收藏品，新旧事物在这里得到了连接和延续，呈现富有故事感的空间氛围。

The top of the living room is designed with a wavy roof, which does not stick to the traditional straightness, with undulating curves and alternating light and dark, showing flowing rhythmic beauty and layering. At the end of the wave roof is a preserved solid wood bookcase, which displays books and collectibles. The old and new are connected and continued here, creating a story-rich space atmosphere.

拆除了原客厅和生活阳台的移门，整个空间的视觉感受与尺度得到了提升，让更多的光线进入到客厅，下午两三点的阳光穿过木百叶，为客餐厅勾勒出柔和光影。

The original sliding doors in the living room and living balcony were removed, and the visual experience and scale of the entire space were improved, allowing more light to enter the living room. The sunlight at two or three o'clock in the afternoon passed through the wooden blinds, creating a soft light and shadow for the guest dining room.

餐边柜选用了两组与客厅同系列的组合模块柜，补充餐边收纳，男主人有喝咖啡的习惯，这次也增设了咖啡角，周末闲暇之余，无论是听一首轻柔的古典乐，还是悠扬的民谣，轻松愉悦的氛围让人心情舒畅，营造生活的仪式感。

打开厨房和客厅间的隔墙，明亮又宽敞，女主人在料理时可以兼顾照看小朋友，增加和家人的互动，虽然是开放式，每周做饭3-4次，并没有太大的油烟问题。我们在厨房和餐厅之间，设置了吧台，为厨房提供了更多的操作台面，墙面采用了姜黄色釉面砖，与吊灯色彩相呼应，打造出复古精致的氛围。

Opening the partition wall between the kitchen and the living room makes it bright and spacious. The hostess can take care of the children while cooking and increase interaction with her family. Although it is an open plan, she cooks 3-4 times a week, and there is not much of a fume problem. We set up a bar between the kitchen and dining room to provide the kitchen with more worktops. The walls are made of ginger bricks, which echo the color of the chandeliers, creating a retro and sophisticated atmosphere.

利用玻璃砖增加了过道的采光，引光入走廊，天气好时，阳光透过玻璃倾泻下来，流光溢彩。

Glass bricks are used to increase the lighting in the corridor and introduce light into the corridor. When the weather is good, the sunlight pours through the glass and is brilliant.

卫生间采用石材、柚木和洞石的组合，呈现出浓郁的复古风情，与公区的温暖色调相互辉映。整面镜柜倍化空间，镜柜深度做了18CM，可以有序的将洗漱用品收纳于无形。

The bathroom uses a combination of stone, teak and travertine, showing a rich retro style that complements the warm tones of the public area. The entire mirror cabinet doubles the space, and the depth of the mirror cabinet is 18CM, which can store toiletries in an orderly and invisible manner.

书房保留了原有的书柜，搭配了木质金属桌椅，植入蓝色软垫点亮空间，沉稳宁静。飘窗台秒变临时休息区，走几步来到这里靠着看看书，喝一杯咖啡，放松治愈身心。

The study room retains the original bookcases, is paired with wooden metal tables and chairs, and blue cushions are implanted to light up the space, making it calm and tranquil. The bay window sill instantly transforms into a temporary rest area. Walk a few steps to the bay window sill to read a book and drink coffee, relaxing and healing your body and mind.
