（一）面向全球（含港澳台地区），不限国籍，年龄在45周岁（含）以下，报考者需具有三年以上职业乐团担任首席或副首席的工作经历；

（二）外籍报考者需具有专业院校毕业证明，能提供职业乐团工作经历证明，同时报考人员应满足外专局关于办理《外籍专家来华工作许可证》及《外籍专家来华工作签证》的条件；

（三）中国国籍报考者需具有教授或一级演奏员职称。

1.自选协奏曲作品两首

2.乐团指定乐队片段两首（资格审核通过后，可联系人事部门领取）

声部首席享受乐团签约人员薪酬待遇（非北京交响乐团编制内职工）及执行《北京市市级机关事业单位编外用工管理办法》规定。其中，港澳台人员薪资待遇，与外籍人员薪资待遇标准相同（所需条件为：具有大学本科及以上学历，并持有外籍专家来华工作许可证）。

（一）应聘人员应提供真实、有效的个人信息以及证书、证件等相关材料。资格审核贯穿招考、聘用全过程，凡不符合报名条件或者在任何环节发现考生违反招聘规定，出现提供信息、证件造假或作弊等情况，立即取消报考资格，已办理手续的取消聘用。

（二）外籍人员考试合格后，需满足办理《外籍专家来华工作许可证》及《外籍专家来华工作签证》的条件，如不符合办理条件，取消聘用。

1. The recruitment is open to applicants worldwide (including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan regions), regardless of nationality. Applicants must be aged 45 or below and have at least three years of experience as a principal or associate principal in a professional orchestra.

2. Non-Chinese applicants must provide proof of graduation from a professional music institution, and evidence of professional orchestra experience. Applicants must also meet the requirements for obtaining a Foreign Expert’s Work Permit in China and a Foreign Expert’s Work Visa in China as stipulated by relevant authorities.

3. Chinese nationals must hold the title of Professor or First-Class Performer.

2.  Examination Content

   (1) Two self-selected concerto pieces.

   (2) Two orchestra excerpts assigned by the orchestra (materials will be provided after passing the qualification review and can be obtained by contacting the HR department).

Principal musicians will receive contractual employee remuneration in accordance with the Beijing Municipal Regulations on the Management of Non-Permanent Employment in Municipal Government Agencies and Institutions. Salaries for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan personnel are the same as those for expatriates., provided they hold a bachelor’s degree or higher and the Foreign Expert’s Work Permit in China.
