学校简介


深圳技术大学是深圳市委市政府高标准、高规格创办的一所新型公办普通本科高校。学校诞生于国家产业结构转型升级、深圳抢抓“双区”建设重大战略机遇的时代背景下,于2018年11月30日经教育部批准正式设立,致力于建成一流国际化、高水平、示范性研究型技术大学。

     学校根据深圳“20+8”产业集群布局设置学科专业。目前我校拥有光学工程、物联网工程、集成电路科学与工程三个广东省重点建设学科,并在数字化网络设备、新型显示、集成电路、新型元器件与零部件、机器人、精密制造设备、新型材料、新能源汽车、生命健康等领域设立和培育优势学科和特色专业,着力为产业界培养既掌握扎实理论知识又具有实践创新能力的高级应用型人才。我校已建成省级、市级科研平台十四个,涉及智能物联大数据研究、先进MEMS传感器芯片、载运工具智能终端精密构件、先进光学精密制造、轨道交通智慧运维、晶体生长与应用、超强激光与先进材料、海洋能源与环境安全、城市轨道交通、先进储能技术、新能源新材料与生物医药产业等领域,为学科发展、科学研究、专业建设、人才培养提供有力支撑。学校自2019年首次独立招生以来,关注度不断上升,招生形势持续向好,生源数量质量稳步攀升,招生省份已增至20多个,连续几年招生分数线均在一本线或高优保护线以上。目前,学校本科专业增至39个,在校生总规模已逾12,000人(含本科、硕士、博士生)。

二、招聘条件

第2步,材料投递


申请人将个人详细简历(应包含个人学习及工作经历、所从事研究领域概述、个人学术贡献总结、研究计划及发展前景展望等)及相关佐证材料(包括学历和学位证书及相关认证书、论文、项目、著作、艺术作品等成果证明材料)、职称证书扫描件(如有)等,打包发送至拟应聘学院联系人邮箱(学院联系人信息请扫描文末二维码获取),邮件请以“拟申请学院+专业+岗位名称+本人姓名”命名。




五、考核

      2.经学校批准确定聘用人选。




六、录用


录用人员原则上应在获得录用通知后3个月内到岗,可根据实际情况与各用人单位协商到岗时间。录用资格保留期限最长不超过一年。逾期未办理入职手续者,将被视为放弃岗位,不予录用。

II. Position Requirements


Candidates must uphold the appropriate political orientation and comply with the Constitution and laws of China; demonstrate a passion for higher education, exhibit good character and professional ethics; possess the physical capability to fulfill job responsibilities; satisfy the age, field of expertise and educational qualifications specified for the positions. Age requirements may be flexibly adjusted for candidates who are either essential for the advertised positions or exceptionally outstanding.



III. Employment Benefits


1. Competitive salaries complemented by a structured mechanism for salary progression.

2. Outstanding candidates are eligible for direct appointment of "Pengcheng Peacock Plan" with a salary package starting at 740,000 RMB for Assistant Professors, 840,000 RMB for Associate Professors, and 900,000 RMB for Professors. Research start-up funds ranging from 1 to 10 million RMB are provided. To support team building, 1-2 full-time research staff and an unlimited number of postdoctoral researchers will be assigned, with at least one guaranteed master or doctoral student.

3. Faculty who are successfully selected for Overseas Outstanding Youth Program binding SZTU are eligible for direct appointment as Distinguished Professors, with an annual comprehensive salary starting at 960,000 RMB.

4. New doctoral talents introduced to Shenzhen may qualify for a living stipend of 100,000 RMB.

5. Individuals who meet the criteria may benefit from the personal income tax incentives offered within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

6. The university provides apartment with low price. Those eligible may also have access to expert housing support by Shenzhen government.

7. Affiliated with the university, the Education Group offers a complete educational continuum, including kindergartens and secondary schools. One of the Four Famous Secondary School-The Shenzhen Higher School, just walking distance to the university, offers a comprehensive twelve-year education from primary to secondary levels.

8. The university ensures a diverse array of safe and hygienic dining options on campus, with the additional benefit of a monthly meal subsidy.

Step 1

Refer to the “Attachment: Overview of Teaching and Research Positions (Including Academic Leadership Roles) at Shenzhen Technology University for the Year 2024” to select and apply for a position online using the corresponding “position code” (accessible via the QR code at the end of this document). Please note that applicants may only apply for one position at a time.


Step 2


Submission of Documents. Candidates are required to email a comprehensive CV (detailing their educational and professional background, a synopsis of their research area, a summary of academic contributions, and an outline of their research plans and future outlook) along with corroborative documents (including diplomas, degrees, certifications, publications, proof of artistic achievements, and if applicable, professional title certificates) to the designated contact person of the college they are applying to (for contact information, scan the QR code at the end of this document). Emails should be titled “Application to [College Name] + [Field of Specialization] + [Position Title] + [Applicant's Name]”.




V. Evaluation Process


1. Each college will preliminarily filter applications based on the information and supporting documents submitted through the Talent Recruitment website. Candidates who meet the requirements will be invited for an interview and assessment by the college. If you have not received a response within a month after submitting your application, you are encouraged to inquire about the status of your application by reaching out to the college contact person listed in the “Attachment” (accessible via the QR code at the end of this document).

2. The university will deliberate and finalize the selection of candidates for employment.




VI. Employment


Candidates who are extended an offer of employment are expected to report to their designated positions within three months of the notice, unless otherwise negotiated with the hiring department based on specific circumstances. The validity of the employment offer will be maintained for no longer than one year. If the onboarding process is not completed within this period, the candidate will be considered to have forfeited the position and the offer of employment will be withdrawn.
