A Clinic是一个新创立的医疗美容品牌，旨在为患者提供私密的会员制预约服务。我们受邀设计其位于杭州钱江新城的首家医疗诊所。
A Clinic is a newly established aesthetic medical brand aimed at providing patients with a private, membership-based appointment service. We have been invited to design its first medical clinic located in Qianjiang, Hangzhou.

场地
Site
场地位于一座原始按酒店标准设计的塔楼的七层，柱网密集且层高受限，如何在此设计符合医疗诊所规范的空间是一大挑战。同时，诊所位于塔楼的西半侧，围绕中心核心筒呈现U字型线性平面，唯一出入口位于线性平面的一端。因此，合理处理70米长的动线是另一个挑战。

The clinic is situated on the seventh floor of a tower designed to hotel standards originally, characterized by a dense column grid and limited ceiling height. Designing a space that complies with medical clinic regulations poses significant challenges. Furthermore, the clinic occupies the western half of the tower, featuring a U-shaped linear plan around a central core, with the sole entrance at one end of this linear configuration. Effectively managing a 70-meter-long circulation path is another critical challenge.

设计概念
Concept
常见的医美就诊动线为：咨询室、影像室、面诊室、治疗室，观察等待区。我们发现，这种动线常常导致就诊者缺乏隐私，动线交叉且效率低下。设计概念从优化就诊者的动线出发，将空间类型合并简化为三类：等候区（兼顾咨询室和观察区功能）、诊室（兼顾面诊和影像记录功能）和治疗室。这三类空间以组团形式分布，共有独立的六个组团。场地前端为就诊空间，后端为后勤空间。这一动线设计提高了就诊效率，同时保护了就诊者的隐私。

The typical flow in medical aesthetics includes consultation rooms, imaging rooms, examination rooms, treatment rooms, and observation/waiting areas. We observed that this flow often compromises patient privacy and leads to inefficient, overlapping paths. The design concept aims to optimize patient circulation by consolidating space types into three categories: waiting areas (serving both consultation and observation functions), examination rooms (integrating consultation and imaging functions), and treatment rooms. These three space types are distributed in clusters, resulting in six independent groups. The front end of the site is dedicated to patient areas, while the rear accommodates logistical support. This circulation design enhances efficiency while safeguarding patient privacy.

方案在原有柱网基础上，引入与其成45度的新柱网。组团设计遵循新的柱网，形成明确和独立的边界和出入口，确保了组团之间的独立性和私密性，同时避免了线性场地可能带来的刻板路径。组团间的衔接处，在进退之间，未被界定的空间则被填充为等候区、休闲区、活动区和护士站等必备功能空间。
The proposal introduces a new column grid at a 45-degree angle to the existing one. Cluster designs adhere to this new grid, establishing clear and independent boundaries and entrances, ensuring independence and privacy among clusters, and circumventing the rigid paths often associated with linear spaces. The transitional areas between clusters are defined by essential functional spaces such as waiting areas, leisure zones, activity spaces, and nursing stations.

材料和色彩
Material and Color
在材料选择上，方案主要采用常见于医疗空间的易于清洁且防滑的小块瓷砖。六个组团分别附以不同颜色，以直观的方式实现空间导视功能。组团内部以木饰面为主，表面设计有品牌特有的花型窗户，引入自然光线，同时为医疗空间增添柔和的气息。

The material selection emphasizes easy-to-clean and slip-resistant small tiles that often seen in medical spaces. Each of the six clusters is assigned a distinct color, providing an intuitive spatial orientation. The interiors of the clusters primarily feature wood finishes, adorned with the brand’s unique floral-patterned windows, which allow natural light to enter and add a gentle ambiance to the medical space.
