The role of engineer,component at TAJCO is central for our success. The responsibilities include among others:
Development of Technical solutions within Product Development
Responsible for identifying the key characteristics, key functions and the risks of the product, all findings being reported into the D-FMEA
Responsible for the availability and completion of all product design relevant documents according to TPDP in time
Provides technical expertise and assistance to assigned projects from the concept to end of production
Responsible for conducting simulations and the evaluation of the results (e.g. tolerance analysis, DMU, FEM, CFD, etc.)
Applies control systems, reports, which accurately measure progress, identify potential technical problems and implement timely corrective actions to ensure that commitments met based on prevention rather than curing
About you
As a person and professional, you should have Min. 5 years of experience in an automotive environment in project, launch or engineering positions;Familiar with DFSS, FMEA, VA/VE;Expert in Catia V5 or Siemens NX;Mechanical design and engineering skills with focus on metal forming technologies;Mechanical and metal applications in the automotive environment.
We expect that you are demonstrates teamwork Skills (Communication, Conflict Management, Reliable, etc.);In the automotive field with special focus on metal processing technologies such as sheet metal bending;Set high goals to himself and organization;Ownership and passion for Automotive Engineering
