The role of planner，production planning at TAJCO is central for our success. The responsibilities include among others：
Calculate the requirement for Manpower, tools and equipment , maintain the capacity planning on a regular time. Ensure the resources to meet the needs of the production plan.
Referring to the order to make delivery schedules, arrange the production planning and material requirements, Oversee the implementation of all aspects of the production plan, coordinate and solve problems timely, to make sure the delivery on time，meanwhile minimize the WIP cost.
Support ERP project implementation, Data check, collection, summary and analysis.
To fulfil other functional related assignments nominated by the line mgrs.
About you
As a person and professional, you need 3 years above ERP experience and working knowledge of production planning ,At least 3 years in manufacturing capacity planning field, auto parts industry experience is preferred and TS16949 management system.
We expect that you have proficiency MS office soft, such as VBA, Excel, PowerPoint. Must have MRP &MRP II software experience.
