The role of Painting Engineer at TAJCO is central for our success. The responsibilities include among others:
Feasibility study in RFQ phase (Managedesign changes for all affected areas of Paint processes. Ensure design changesmeet requirements. Work with designs to meet design requirements while ensureproduction needs are met).
Following up maintenance and process changes activities
Troubleshootprocess related equipment issues and Improvements activities
MajorEquipment modifications and procurement
Staff training (Process, WI,robot teaching etc.)
Supplierdevelopment
PaintingStrategy
Followup on process audits, Gap analysis and report KPI for responsible area
About you
As a person and professional, you're Shootinginitiatives – ability to take the lead through hands on activity whenconditions call for increased capability of programmers; Highdegree of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others; Highlevel of analytical and statistical ability, oral and written communicationsskills.
We expect that you are Workingknowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical controls and system; Highlytechnical Paint Robot Programming, paint application and Technical expertise inRobot trouble shooting; Detailed knowledge ofpaint application equipment, pretreatment systems, Paint shop productivityimprovement practices, tools, and methods. Ability to effectively develop avision, plan, and coordinate the activities of the Paint Technicians with thePaint Business Team
