 I used to use public transportation all the time to get to and from work. Now I live else where public transportation is not available 24/7 and is limited to certain routes. 

堵车：

With the developing of the economy, the traffic condictions in some big cities is becoming more and more worse,especially in the rush hour.

People waste a lot of time in waiting the bus or in their way home.

The transportation in big cities is awful, so owning your own car or taking a taxi isn't such a good idea. You could be stuck in traffic forever in addition to paying for gas and parking.

改善交通有哪些建议：

In my view, government firstly should broad the road to make more cars pass through. Secondly,people should be encouraged to go by bus or bike instead of pravite cars, this will definitely reduce the air pollution as well. Third,people can go by subway in the rush hours.

Something should be done to shorten the intervals between bus services. The waiting times for some services can be as long as 30 minutes. (缩短公交间隔）

We need more bicycle friendly streets, solar powered vehicles, mass transit in the shape of more trains, higher speed trains and incentives for public transportation.（对自行车更友好的街道、设计更多种类的公共交通方式)

First of all，better public transportation systems，including buses，trains and subways，will encourage more people to use them rather than drive their own cars．

A bus which carries 60 people is a far more efficient use of fuel than 60 individual cars driving the same route．

And last but not least，the greater use of public transportation causes less pollution and will keep the environment cleaner．

Good transportation systems make a city cleaner，more efficient and more convenient．This improves everyone's quality of life and can make the city more prosperous．

And scientific evidence shows that those with pets have a much lower rate of heart disease. Also I think keeping a pet is one of the best ways to teach a kid to be responsible and caring. The pets will build up your kids to be a truly happy individual.

Well, sometimes if the pet owners could not consider the interests of others,  their pets might cause an explosion of neighbor fights.

污染环境，不卫生：

What's more, the pet waste in streets and parks not only pollutes our surroundings but also becomes a huge  threat to people's health. 

不牵绳会咬人，带来安全隐患：

Of course I know most dogs are cute angels, but some  owners never have their dogs trained and never use a leash when walking them  outdoors. 

If the pets are frightened out there, they may hurt people out of the animal  instinct. We all know that these negative influences above are not because of the  faults of the innocent pets; it is the owners that need to be regulated and educated.

解决问题的建议：

We need an effective solution to settle the conflicts while protecting the pets at the same time.  

To create harmonious environment for both men and pets need concrete and effective measures. People will not treat pets as a threat to our lives if all the pets are under good control.

I guess we need to start with the regulations. If we can trace every pet back to its owner, and hold the owner responsible for the behaviors of the pet, then all owners will be more prudent.  

And I also suggest that the trading of pets be strictly regulated and controlled to make sure all the pets in market are with health certificates and identification tags.
