近日，有网友爆料称，贵州中医药大学第一附属医院的一个研究团队在多篇学术论文中涉嫌学术不端行为，其中包括图片的故意替换和重复使用。

据悉，该团队的研究论文《Gehua Jiecheng Decoction Inhibits Diethylnitrosamine-Induced Hepatocellular Carcinoma in Mice by Improving Tumor Immunosuppression Microenvironment》于2020年发表在《Frontiers in Pharmacology》杂志上。该研究主要探讨了葛花解酲汤对小鼠肝癌的抑制作用及其通过改善肿瘤免疫抑制微环境来实现的机制。

然而，有网友发现，该论文中的图2E和图2F存在数据图片被替换的情况，特别是蓝色圈出的数据部分。此外，图3B中的两张图片也被指出存在异常相似的情况。这些发现引发了对该研究真实性和可靠性的质疑。

除了上述论文外，该团队的其他几篇论文也受到了关注。其中包括《Tryptanthrin Protects Mice against Dextran Sulfate Sodium-Induced Colitis through Inhibition of TNF-α/NF-κB and IL-6/STAT3 Pathways》等，这些论文分别发表在不同的学术期刊上。

值得注意的是，该团队的多名成员，包括杨柳、唐东昕、王飞清和李燕菊等，在这些论文中担任了重要角色。目前，这些论文在学术网站Pubpeer上已被标注并受到广泛质疑。

Figures from "Gehua Jiecheng Decoction Inhibits Diethylnitrosamine-Induced Hepatocellular Carcinoma in Mice by Improving Tumor Immunosuppression Microenvironment" (Cheng et al 2020; doi: 10.3389/fphar.2020.00809).

The authors provided a replacement image for different conditions in the Figure 2E and Figure 2F, if I understand the figure legends correctly. The second row of Figure 2E and the first row of Figure 2F were from the same data source. The fourth row of Figure 2E and the third row of Figure 2F were from the same data source. Surprisingly, the data in the blue cycle (the data indicated in the right corners of the fourth of Figure 2E and the third of Figure 2F) has been deliberate changed! They should provide the all the original data and figures in this article and explain why they re-used the images!

In addition, two images from Figure 3B were found unexpected similarly by the FigCheck software.

It may be determined the findings reported in the article were unreliable. Please double check and reply me ASAP.

I have reported suspected fake images from this team, including Yang Liu, Dong-xin Tang, Fei-qing Wang and Yan-ju Li. In that publication (MiR-34a Regulates Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Radiosensitivity by Targeting SIRT1" (Liu et al 2020; doi.org/10.1177/1533033820940424), The first author Yang Liu (Department of Clinical Laboratory, The First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine; National & Guizhou Joint Engineering Laboratory for Cell Engineering and Biomedicine Technique, Guizhou Medical University) and the co-corresponding authors Feiqing Wang (Department of Clinical Laboratory, The First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine) and Yanju Li (Department of Hematology, Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University) should be held responsible for all these!

From THE SAME RESEARCH TEAM at the same organization (The First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine) Dong-xin Tang, who was the corresponding author in the above article, should be warned by editors and readers!

It turns out ALL the publications from this team therefore should be investigated by the editors!
