1⃣️ 视频剪辑师，兼职，远程工作，薪资面议。
工作内容：
1.根据项目需求，能独立完成视频的脚本撰写、分镜、剪辑以及视频包装、MG动画制作 （不包括素材创作）、调色、音频处理等后期制作，确保视频质量和效果达到较高水准。
2.按照公司视频产出计划，配合团队完成在各平台上的视频产出，并对质量负责，以确保作品符合客户要求。
3.选择合适的音乐、配乐和配音，增强视频的情感表达和吸引力。
4.参与拍摄的策划和讨论，提出具有建设性的剪辑思路和建议，以提升视频的吸引力和传播效果。
5.对拍摄素材进行有效的筛选、整理和管理，保证素材的完整性和可用性。
6.不断学习和研究短视频制作的新技术和新工具，提高短视频制作的水平和质量。
工作要求：
1.本科以上学历，拥有1年以上视频拍摄剪辑工作经验，熟练使用Pr、Ae、Ps、FCP等视频剪辑软件。
2.具备扎实的技巧和良好的审美能力。
3.熟悉视频制作流程，对视频节奏、色彩、构图等有敏锐的洞察力和较强的把控能力。
4.具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够理解并准确实现创意需求。
5.有较强的时间管理、流程控制及执行力，能适应工作强度和节奏的压力，保证团队工作按时、按质、按量完成。

1⃣️短视频/后期剪辑师，兼职远程工作
【预算】:带作品报价，纯剪辑，量较多
精通短视频剪辑，熟悉文旅行业最佳!可长期合作，有责任心，有创意，包修改。只负责剪辑，会提供到详细的创意脚本，擅长剪映、精通抖音视频推广最佳。

1⃣️ 游戏视频剪辑，兼职远程工作，按条数付费，薪资面议
工作职责：
1、负责公司新媒体视频账号剪辑视频制作；
2、对新媒体账号的引流和新增负责。
任职要求：
1、游戏加速器用户，热爱游戏，对游戏热点有较高的敏锐度；
2、主流短视频平台重度用户，会剪辑，有内容转化经验的优先；
3、对视频主题、节奏感、音乐感有较好的把握，能熟练剪辑游戏视频。
2⃣️短视频剪辑，兼职远程工作，薪资：面议
岗位职责：
1、根据公司提供的书籍信息独立撰写原创视频脚本，把控画面节奏和内容风格，完成拍摄工作，确保视频的故事性与流畅性；
2、根据公司的需求对拍摄视频进行制作、剪辑等后期处理工作；
任职要求：
1、思维敏捷、细腻、善于沟通、有责任心、工作积极，能很好的把握市场风向，具有出色的文字能力和创作能力，熟悉短视频制作流程，善于分镜脚本撰写；
2、文字功底优秀；
3、1年及以上短视频拍摄剪辑经验，能灵活安排时间完成拍摄、剪辑任务；
4、熟悉镜头语言及各类剪辑特效的实现手法，熟悉使用PR、PS、AE等视频剪辑软件；
3⃣️Video Editor，全职远程工作，Salary: 12~16k/month + bonus

Responsibilities
• Edit short videos for our footwear products, ensuring high-quality visual content.
• Write and translate English video scripts and captions.
• Collaborate closely with our advertising specialists to create engaging and high-conversion video ads for platforms like Facebook.
• Analyze performance data to optimize video content for better engagement and conversion rates.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in overseas video advertising.
Requirements
• Proven experience in the cross-border e-commerce industry.
• Deep understanding of the European and American e-commerce markets.
• Prior experience in editing short videos for clothing, footwear, or similar products is preferred.
• Strong aesthetic sense and excellent video editing skills.
• Proficiency in English script writing and translation for short videos.
• Familiarity with overseas short video advertising, particularly on Facebook, including a solid grasp of high-conversion ad strategies and Facebook's ad placement mechanisms.
• Basic data analysis skills to evaluate and improve ad performance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with advertising specialists.
• Proven cases of successful overseas short video advertisements, especially on platforms
like Facebook.
• Willingness to submit sample work for evaluation.
