作为全国纺织产能最大、专业市场最大的纺织产业集群，近年来，柯桥区聚焦纺织全产业链的质量技术服务，重点打造了纺织产业质量基础设施“一站式”服务平台。并在全国率先打造“纺织产业标准动态雷达”数字大脑，通过联通“浙江标准在线”“浙里检”等线上平台，精准导入国际、国内等标准3万余项。2024年以来，已为全区1324家企业推送“标准动态报告”228份，帮助企业有效规避经营风险。“纺织印染产业标准更新非常快，‘标准动态雷达’能全量整合纺织面料行业相关标准、企业、第三方机构等数据，实现标准动态‘点对点’精准推送，助力企业积极应对国际绿色贸易壁垒。”柯桥区市场监管局相关负责人说。
At the Testing and Inspection Center for the Printing and Dyeing Industry Chain under the "one-stop" service platform, merchants were seen waiting for fabric testing reports. Mr. Hu, the manager of Sunme Home Furnishings Co., Ltd., shared that his company was undergoing Oeko-Tex 100 certification for a batch of fabrics intended for export. The center also offers services for other required fabric tests.
2024, the platform has further strengthened its infrastructure by partnering with 50 service institutions, including the China National Institute of Standardization and the Zhejiang Institute of Quality Sciences. It has already conducted testing on over 800 batches of products in compliance with international standards for the district's printing and dyeing enterprises.
Notably, the "one-stop" service platform also assists local businesses in establishing their "Zhejiang Made" and "Keqiao Select" brands. By October, it was close to completing China's first pilot project for "carbon footprint labeling" certification in the textile sector. So far, Keqiao has fostered 33"Quality Defined" enterprises with the "Zhejiang Made" certification and more than 20 companies accredited under globally recognized textile standards. Additionally, 18 companies have been awarded the first batch of "carbon footprint" certification labels.
