This large-scale mixed-use development is located in an area facing the Huangpu River near the Lujiazui district of Shanghai, China. Based on the concept of "GREEN HILL," two office towers, 150m and 60m high, and a low-rise commercial facility were built with consideration for the surrounding environment.
场地南侧面向绿化公园的商业设施规划利用其特色，采用梯田式的露台与绿化融为一体。办公塔楼百叶窗的深度根据高度而变化，外观设计在考虑遮阳的同时，被设计成周围地区的象征。办公室入口处是一个高15m的大型开放空间，增加了前方道路的视野。
Facing the green park on the south side of the site, the commercial facility takes advantage of this characteristic and is planned to have a terraced terrace that blends in with the greenery. The office tower has louvers with varying depths depending on the height, giving it an exterior design that will be a symbol of the surrounding area while also providing shade from the sun. The office entrance is a large, open space 15m high, improving visibility from the road in front.
