“Global Investment Promotion Ambassador”
Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone (ZAEZ) is looking for “Global Investment Promotion Ambassadors” to share the Zone’s extensive opportunities with investors worldwide and improve the investment environment and business vibrancy leveraging the capacity of professionals and expertise globally.
一、选聘范围
I. Who We Look for
境内外具有社会影响力、行业号召力的专业人士及机构（包括知名企业、商协会、投资咨询机构、中介服务机构、本地龙头企业、高校院所等）负责人、职业经理人、智库专家，境内外知名乡贤、华人华侨、外籍人士等。
Recognized professionals and leaders from influential organizations (well-established enterprises, business associations, investment consulting firms, intermediary service agencies, outstanding local businesses, universities, and research institutions included), professional managers with a strong track record, experts from renowned thinktanks; prominent individuals such as academic/government/business leaders who made great contributions to the local community, overseas Chinese or foreigners who have made relatively great achievements in related fields.
二、选聘条件
II. Requirements
（一）遵守中国法律、法规和有关规定，无犯罪记录。
1. Compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the People’s Republic of China; no criminal conviction.
（二）热爱招商引资工作，在相关领域和行业有较高知名度和较大影响力；有较强的社会活动能力、广泛的招商信息渠道和境内外客商资源。
2. Dedication to investment promotion, high recognition and significant influence in relevant sectors; strong social networking capabilities, extensive access to investment information and potential investors.
（三）熟悉招商引资相关法律、法规和政策。
3. A good knowledge of the laws, regulations, policies and international practices of investment promotion.
（四）诚实守信，有良好的信用和素养，保守商业秘密。
4. Integrity, good credit and professional ethics, and a good sense of business confidentiality.
三、选聘办法
III. Selection Approach
采取公开招聘、组织推荐和个人自荐的办法，由招商工作部择优选聘。
Candidates will be drawn from open recruitment, recommendation, and self recommendation. Investment Promotion Bureau of ZAEZ Administrative Committee is responsible for evaluating and selecting the most qualified.
四、主要职责
IV. Key Responsibilities
（一）宣传推介郑州航空港重点产业、投资环境及招商政策；提供招商项目信息；邀请境内外投资机构、知名企业等到我区参观、考察、交流；协助组织企业参加郑州航空港各类招商活动。
1. Improve visibility of ZAEZ in terms of key industries, investment environment, and policies. Discover companies interested in investing ZAEZ and provide the latest information to the Zone. Invite renowned enterprises, and other stakeholders to ZAEZ for on-site visit and face-to-face communication. Invite related companies to participate related ZAEZ events.
（二）积极引荐、提供符合我区产业发展目标的投资项目、高端人才和先进技术；为引进产业链和创新链上下游企业、机构牵线搭桥；协助开展上门招商；推动项目考察洽谈、签约落户。
2. Introduce high-quality investment projects, high-end talents, and advanced technologies aligned with ZAEZ’s industrial development objectives. Facilitate connections between businesses /institutions upstream and downstream the industrial chains and innovation chains. Go to potential investors on behalf of ZAEZ. Support investigations, negotiations, signing, and development of high-quality projects.
（三）协助我区策划实施各类境内外专题招商活动。
3. Assist planning and execution of different types of investment promotion events in China and abroad.
（四）积极对郑州航空港高质量跨越式发展和招商引资等工作提出建设性意见。
4. Provide workable and effective suggestions on economic development and investment promotion of ZAEZ.
（五）按照郑州航空港区招商工作部要求，定期汇报招商引资工作进展情况。
5. Regularly update work progress to the Investment Promotion Bureau of ZAEZ Administrative Committee.
（六）开展双方议定的其他工作。

五、荣誉奖励
V. What We Offer
（一）作为重要嘉宾参加我区相关招商引资活动，听取我区最新发展情况介绍，并提出意见建议。
1. Be invited as distinguished guests to related events of the Zone to meet and exchange ideas with leaders from public and private sectors.
（二）定期获得我区重点产业规划、投资指南、招商项目、政策汇编、招商活动等信息资料。
2. Acquire the first-hand information related to industrial planning, investment guide, project proposals, policies, events of the Zone.
（三）在我区媒体上对招商大使先进事迹进行广泛宣传。
3. Receive wide exposure on local media as our Global Investment Promotion Ambassador.
（四）对引荐、协助推进洽谈并最终落地的项目，给予相应奖励。招商大使也可选择与地方政府签订委托招商协议，按协议中规定的职责完成情况给予相应的招商佣金。
4. Receive related reward for recommending, facilitating, and promoting project recruitment. Global Investment Promotion Ambassadors are also provided with the choice to sign investment promotion service agreement with the local government to acquire commissions based on their performance as specified in the agreement.
（五）对受邀参与重大项目洽谈推进的招商大使，原则上由项目承接单位为其报销相应差旅费用。对我区委托招商大使独立或联合组织策划实施的招商活动，可由委托方与其签订委托招商协议，按协议约定提供经费保障。
5. For the Global Investment Promotion Ambassador who is invited to participate in the negotiation and facilitation of certain projects, in principle, the inviting entity shall be responsible for the Ambassador’s travel expense. For investment promotion events independently or jointly organized and executed by the Global Investment Promotion Ambassador(s), an agreement can be signed, in which the event funding can be prescribed.
六、报名方式
VI. Application
即日起报名，填写《郑州航空港“招商大使”选聘推荐（报名）表》（详见附件），报送至郑州航空港区招商工作部。
Complete the attached “Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone Global Investment Promotion Ambassador Recommendation (Application) Form” and send to Investment Promotion Bureau of ZAEZ Administrative Committee.
