14 Keqiao Companies Make the Cut
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the first batch of companies that meet the "Standards for the Printing and Dyeing Industry (2023 Edition)", with 14 companies from Keqiao making the list. This achievement highlights the fruitful results of the district's high-quality development in the printing and dyeing industry.
近日，工业和信息化部公布了符合《印染行业规范条件（2023版）》企业名单（第一批），14家柯桥印染企业榜上有名，代表我区印染产业通过高质量发展结出了丰硕果实。
Of the 14 selected printing and dyeing companies, four—Yingfeng Technology, LEGO Industrial, Baofang Printing and Dyeing, and Yinan Printing and Dyeing—had already been listed in the 2017 edition of the standards and passed the review this time. The other ten companies, including Bailiheng Printing and Dyeing, Haitong Printing and Dyeing, Yongtong Printing, and Yuexin Technology, are new additions.
入选的14家印染企业中，“迎丰股份”“乐高实业”“宝纺印染”“屹男印染”4家企业为已入选过《印染行业规范条件（2017版）》的复核企业，“百丽恒印染”“海通印染”“永通印花”“越新科技”等10家企业为此次新增企业。
The inclusion of these 14 companies is closely linked to the district’s ongoing efforts to upgrade its printing and dyeing industry. In recent years, the district has promoted industrial integration through better planning, enhanced quality through stricter standards, and built a strong industrial ecosystem with comprehensive support. As a result, the industry has evolved from fragmented operations to a greener, more high-end model. Today, science and technology are driving further advancements in companies' innovation, research, and development. Meanwhile, the digital transformation of the printing and dyeing sector, powered by "example setting and learning" and "lightweight intelligent transformation", is being implemented across the industry. Of the 110 printing and dyeing companies in the district, the number of National High-Tech Enterprises has increased from 24 in 2018 to 97 in 2023, accounting for 88.2%. As the largest printing and dyeing hub in the country, Keqiao now represents about 60% of the province's production capacity and 40% of the national total.
14家印染企业上榜的背后，离不开我区对印染产业的持续提升。近年来，通过优化布局推进产业整合、严抓标准实现产业提质、完善配套构建产业生态等积极行动，我区印染产业已逐步实现从无序分散到绿色高端。眼下，通过科技引领，企业创新研发不断深入，产业数字赋能如火如荼，印染行业数字化改造“做样学样”和“轻量化智改”向全行业铺开。全区110家印染企业中，国家高新技术企业数量从2018年的24家增加到2023年的97家，占88.2%。作为全国最大的印染产业基地，如今，柯桥的印染产能约占全省总量的60%、全国总量的40%。

This will help the industry transform into a more technologically advanced, resource-efficient, and environmentally friendly sector, while also boosting the regional brand and industry influence of Keqiao's printing and dyeing sector," said a representative from the District Bureau of Economy and Information Technology.
“接下来，我们将借助这次评选，进一步深入企业宣传《印染行业规范条件（2023版）》，引导更多印染企业向高端化、智能化、绿色化发展，助力印染行业向技术先进、资源节约、环境友好型产业转型，持续提升柯桥印染的区域品牌和行业影响力。”区经信局相关负责人说。
