本方案介绍了一款6.6千瓦双向车载充电器(OBC)针对高功率密度、高效车载充电器应用,采Wolfspeed的新型650V E-Series碳化硅MOSFET。E3M0060065D/K已通过汽车认证并具备PAPP功能,采用TO-247封装。
在这款高密度OBC中,所有碳化硅MOSFET都安装在经过加工的铝散热器上,所有磁性元件都内置在内部。MOSFET和磁性元件在65°C冷却板上满足热要求。该系统在每立方英寸内提供54W/In3功率密度,在67KHz的开关频率下实现CCM桥式PFC的峰值效率超过96.5%,在150KHz至300KHz的范围内实现CLLC谐振转换器的峰值效率。
本方案包含4块板子,原理图和PCB都是全的,原理图和PCB都是cadence工程文件,需要用cadence打开。4块板子分别是:辅助电源板,控制板,主电源板,谐振电容板。部分BOM及性能参数展示如下:
