Recently,AnniHuang,World Madam Foundation founder and Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of World Madam Group, was invited by Daniel del Valle Blanco, Chair of the UN-Habitat Youth Advisory Board and Permanent Ambassador of the International Youth Organization to the United Nations, to officially serve as his special adviser. He started his friendly visit to China with the company of Anni Huang.

Ambassador Blanco is the youngest permanent ambassador of any country or agency to the United Nations, representing nearly 160 million young people in the Ibero-American region.He has previously served as the Political and Youth Affairs Assistant at the Permanent Observer Mission of the Knights of Malta to the UN and as a Youth Policy Advisor at the Permanent Mission of the Slovak Republic to the UN. He is committed to supporting the implementation of the United Nations Youth 2030 Strategy and actively gets involved in the historic official consultations and negotiations to create the first United Nations Office for Youth. Additionally, he led the UN Environment Programme's Faith and Earth campaign in Spain and played a major role with the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations in its Worship of Safety campaign.

Anni Huang accompanied Ambassador Blanco to meet Mr. Cheng Guoping, Vice President of the China Association of International Friends and former Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of China
The following is an interview Huang gave to local media:
Q: Mrs. Anni Huang, what is your consideration in bringing Ambassador Blanco to China?
A: My decision to bring Ambassador Blanco to China was driven by his profound understanding and passionate commitment to youth issues and his outstanding performance in international youth policies and human rights affairs. His visit not only provides a great opportunity to deepen cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries, but serve as a bridge between Chinese youth and international youth. I hope that his visit will inspire more Chinese youth to participate in global governance and international affairs, and jointly explore and solve global issues, especially in the fields of sustainable development and youth empowerment.
Q: Mrs. Anni Huang, what do you think is the greatest achievement of Ambassador Blanco's visit to China? Do you think it lives up to your expectation?
A: Ambassador Blanco's visit to China was highly successful. I believe his greatest achievement was to deepen his understanding of China and its culture, and to build valuable connections with young Chinese leaders and policy makers. Through a series of talks and activities, he not only demonstrated his professionalism and enthusiasm in international youth affairs, but further understood China's active role in global youth development and international cooperation. This visit has strengthened the foundation of cooperation between China and foreign countries in youth policy and cultural exchanges, which I believe will contribute to cooperation in a wider range of areas in the future. From this point of view, Ambassador Blanco's visit achieved its intended purpose and opened up new prospects for cooperation, which is a very valuable experience for him and for us.
Q: We all know that you are the founder of World Madam Global Brand, dedicated to empowering women. Why do you get involved in youth affairs?
A: As the founder of the World Madam Global Brand, I have always been committed to providing a platform for women's empowerment. My involvement in youth affairs stems from the recognition that young people represent the future and hope of society. Young people have the potential to change the world, and their innovation and dynamism are key drivers for social progress. By supporting and nurturing young people, especially young women, we can help them realize their personal value, but more importantly, inspire them to play a greater role in the social, economic and political spheres.
In addition, I believe that women's empowerment should also start with youth. Armed with the resources and knowledge, young women will be better equipped to make independent choices in their lives and careers to become confident, influential members of society. Through World Madam, we hope to connect and inspire women and youth around the world to build a more equitable and dynamic future.

Over 190 media outlets worldwide including UNTV will broadcast the event live. Anni Huang, Founder of World Madam Foundation will deliver the thematic speech of EmpowerHER.
