Cornell Amber Dance Troupe
Amber 成立于 2003 年，旨在向康奈尔社区展示传统和现代中国舞蹈。每年，我们不仅在康奈尔大学校内校外活动中表演，还在每个春季与Iluminations共同举办年度专场演出 —— Rhythms of China，为大家呈现一场视觉与文化的盛宴！
Amber的宗旨是向大众传播中华文化的丰富底蕴和中国舞蹈之美，也希望成员们都能在舞蹈技巧上取得进步，共同成长。任何有兴趣的人都可以加入我们，通过定期练习学习有趣的中国舞蹈，
并有机会表演。
Amber Dance Troupe was founded in 2003, with an aim to spread traditional and contemporary Chinese dance to the Cornell community. Every year, we not only perform in events in and out of Cornell University, but also collaborate with Illuminations Dance Troupe to host an annual dance showcase – Rhythms of China.
Amber is working hard to reach out to the public about the beauty and culture behind Chinese dances. We also hope that all members have the chance to improve on their dance skills and thrive together. Anyone who is interested is welcomed to join us! Through regular practices and rehearsals, there are always opportunities to perform stunning Chinese dances on stage!

欢迎你来Amber的Open Workshop,
体验中国古典舞与民族舞！
*Open Workshop 没有 没有 没有 NO AUDITION*
如果感兴趣参加演出，
我们会在开学后2-3周进行每一支舞的audition~
日期：09/07/2024，开学第二个周六
时间：下午1点-5点（每个舞蹈约40分钟，留5分钟休息）
地点：Willard Straight Hall 519
——内容与时间安排——
1:00-1:15: 热身、展示，announcement
1:15-2:00: 苗族《一抹红》
Instructor：晓牧老师
2:00-2:45: 古典《碇步桥水清悠悠》
Instructors：Cuky & Joice
2:45-3:30: 芭蕾《茉莉花》
Instructors：Taylor & Flora
3:30-4:15: 回族《回族尕妹子》
Instructor：Jiayi
4:15-5:00: 古典《白纻舞·在水一方》
Instructor：Yilin
*Workshop中间可根据个人兴趣自由去留*
可以自带舞鞋或者穿袜子
