As every corner of the motherland was decorated with lanterns and banners to joyously welcome the Year of the Snake, employees at Shanxi Construction Investment Group's DIT, DUCE, and MZUMBE projects in Tanzania united as one. Working together, they gave their camp a complete makeover. Auspicious Spring Festival couplets brimming with heartfelt wishes were solemnly pasted on both sides of gateways, while vibrant red lanterns hoisted high instantly illuminated the compound. The brilliant crimson hues not only dispelled the homesickness lingering in the hearts of these overseas builders, but also transformed this distant foreign land into a space overflowing with the rich ambiance of Chinese New Year celebrations.
