陈圣先生拥有逾20年的国际酒店从业经历,具备丰富的营运及战略发展的管理经验。曾任职于万达酒店及度假村、万豪酒店管理集团及洲际酒店管理集团,职业履历遍布国内上海、北京、海南、浙江、甘肃等省市及东南亚地区。在多年丰富的酒店行业生涯中,他以卓越的的领导才能为酒店做出了诸多贡献,凭借精益求精的专业能力,行之有效的营销拓展策略,为所在酒店创造了显著的业绩。

Golden Eagle International Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Derek Chen as the Vice President of Golden Eagle Hotel & Resort. Derek will full responsibility for the overall operation and group marketing management.
Mr. Derek Chen has more than 20 years experience in hotel industry and has rich management experience in operations and strategic development. He has worked in Wanda Hotels and Resorts, Marriott International and InterContinental Hotels Group and worked in various exciting destinations, including Shanghai, Beijing, Hainan, Zhejiang, Gansu as well as Southeast Asia. His distinguished career showcases his leadership and commercial strategy with strong execution ability that deliver results.
In his spare time, Derek Chen enjoy doing all kinds of indoor and outdoor activities games such as tennis and riding.
We strongly believe that Derek Chen in the new position, will lead the team contribute higher business goals with unique guest experience under his outstanding leadership in Golden Eagle Hotel & Resorts.

Marriott International has appointed Mr. King Zhu as General Manager of Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel recently, he will take full responsibility for the hotel’s overall operation, market positioning, and diversified market strategies.
Since joined the hotel industry in 1999, Mr. Zhu has more than 20 years of extensive international brand hotel management experience. His professional footprint covers many cities such as Shenyang, Qingdao, Nanchang, Xuzhou, Wuxi, etc..
Mr. Zhu has served as general manager and other senior management positions in many international and domestic hotel management groups and has made remarkable achievements in his career.
Prior to joining Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel, Mr. Zhu served as the General Manager of Wuxi Marriott Hotel Lihu Lake and Courtyard Wuxi Lihu Lake. During this tenure, with his extensive hotel management experience, extraordinary leadership, insight and operational perspective, he thoroughly understood the mind of the hotel's target guests and made the 2 hotels a benchmark in the local market. Having been passionate about the hotel industry, adhering to the belief that "success is in the details", Mr. Zhu's perspective plays an important role in the hotel team, and will also bring vitality and valuable experience to Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel.

Mr. Kevin Li has nearly 16 years of experience in hotel sales and management. Before taking on this new position, Mr. Kevin Li served as the Executive Assistant Manager of HUALUXE Wuxi Taihu Hotel, being responsible for daily management and operation work.
