北京诺金国际酒店管理公司总经理

北京（2024年12月10日）——北京诺金国际酒店管理公司宣布任命唐鸣先生为总经理，任命自 2024年12月9日起生效。

唐鸣先生凭借其在酒店集团管理、开发、运营和资产管理方面的丰富经验和出色的专业知识而获得多项业内个人成就奖。在投身于中国酒店业发展的30多年职业生涯中，他曾任职于多家酒店集团高层职位, 如洲际集团、凯悦集团、世贸集团、复星集团、锦江集团等。

北京诺金国际酒店管理有限责任公司成立于2024年11月12日，是一家刚成立的公司，注册资本5000万元，注册地位于北京市西城区复兴门内大街51号11幢3层，法定代表人为霍岩。霍岩目前是首都旅游集团下属的首旅酒店管理公司常务副总经理。

侯洪伟先生在酒店行业拥有丰富卓越的履历经验。自2001年于北京天伦王朝饭店开启其职业生涯，积累了切实的运营经验。自2012年起，侯洪伟加入泛海建设集团，开启了地产行业高端酒店开发的始端，此后又陆续服务了华夏幸福集团、融创集团等头部地产公司，在此阶段与市场上众多国际及国内头部酒店品牌进行合作谈判，涉及项目遍及国内各个主要城市及度假胜地。2021年，侯洪伟先生参与组建了永乐华住酒店管理公司，并作为开发副总裁开启了酒店管理公司业务的新角色，在品牌定位、团队管理、渠道拓展和业主关系维护上均做出来突出的成绩。在加入元开集团之前，侯洪伟服务于雅高瑞享品牌，并带领团队拓展市场。

重庆科学会堂华邑酒店和重庆科学会堂假日酒店位于西部（重庆）科学城核心区域，总计拥有702间华邑和假日双品牌全新一代客房和公寓。由中电建（重庆）城市建设发展有限公司科技服务分公司、酒店管理分公司，引入洲际酒店集团旗下品牌华邑酒店、假日酒店进行运营管理。而董显旭先生的加入，无疑将为这两家酒店的顺利开业和稳健运营注入强劲动力。

董显旭先生毕业于瑞士理诺士酒店管理学院，拥有超过25年的酒店及相关行业管理经验，曾在多家国际知名酒店集团项目担任要职，包括凯悦酒店集团、香格里拉酒店集团、喜达屋酒店集团和雅高集团。董显旭先生还曾涉足航空公司和短途游景点行业，但最终还是回归到他热爱的酒店事业。他的职业生涯遍布全球多个国家和地区，积累了丰富的国际化、多元化工作经验。此外，董显旭先生还连续多年被聘为酒店星级评定委员会委员，参与多家酒店的星级复核评定工作，展现了他在酒店行业的深厚底蕴。在中国重庆·科学会堂项目的建设初期，他深度参与运营筹备工作，从前期市场调研、数字化智能化设计搭建、签署管理协议到建立运营协作管理机制。

Recently, the much-anticipated HUALUXE Chongqing Science Hall and Holiday Inn Chongqing Science Hall have officially announced that Mr. Dong Xianxu (Donny Dong) has been appointed as the Deputy General Manager and Owner's Representative. This marks a significant step for these two hotels complexes, in terms of operational management, total Hotel quality management, and market expansion enhancement. Which are set to grandly open at the end of 2024. 

The Hotel complexes are located in the core area of the Chongqing High-tech Industrial Development Zone, with a total of 702 rooms, suites and apartments featuring the latest generation of dual-branded design. Owned by POWERCHINA (Chongqing) Urban Construction and Development Co. Ltd. The hotel complexes have introduced the HUALUXE Hotels & Resorts and Holiday Inn brands under the InterContinental Hotel Group for operational management. The incorporation of Mr. Dong Xianxu's expertise will undoubtedly provide a significant boost to the successful inauguration and professional management of these two hotels.

Mr. Dong graduated from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland and has over 25 years of management experience in the hotel and hospitality related industries, having held key positions in several International Hotel groups, including Hyatt Hotel Corporation, Shangri-La Hotel and Resorts, Starwood Hotel and Resorts, and the Accor Group. Mr. Dong has also ventured into the Airline and Tourist Attractions Industry, but ultimately returned to his beloved hotel business. His professional journey spans multiple countries and regions around the globe, accumulating a wealth of international and diverse work experience. Furthermore, Mr. Dong was appointed as a member of the Hotel Star Rating Committee for many years, participating in the China Hotel Star Rating System, demonstrating his profound knowledge of the hotel industry. In the early stages of the Chongqing Science Hall project, he was deeply involved in operational preparations, from initial market research, Intelligent Architectural Design and Construction, signing operation management agreements and establishing operational management matters.

As the Hotel owner's representative, Mr. Dong will fully engage with the operational team and is committed to cooperation with various stakeholders, to ensure the owner's assets security. At the same time, Mr. Dong will focus on enhancing the hotel's external relations in order to improve the hotel's economic and social benefits. The Chongqing Science Hall project, located at the intersection of Science Avenue and High-tech Avenue in the Chongqing High-tech Industrial Development Zone, is situated in the core area of the Western (Chongqing) Science City. It is an important achievement for "PowerChina" and "PowerChina Roadbridge" in integrating into the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle. The total construction area of the Chongqing Science Hall project is approximately 346,000 square meters, including an incredibly large conference and exhibition complex with a single building area of 247,000 square meters. HUALUXE Chongqing Science Hall and Holiday Inn Chongqing Science Hall hotels covers 99,000 square meters. The two ultra-large pillar-free exhibition halls, each covering 12,800 square meters, have individual venue areas that lead the domestic convention and exhibition complex venues; the two conference halls, each over 5,800 square meters, are the largest single conference halls in Chongqing's existing venues. The project is a multifunctional urban complex with the advantages of "integrated into one concept" and it will become the new landmark of Chongqing. In the future, the Chongqing Science Hall will leverage its operational strengths of "using conferences to drive exhibitions and combining conferences with exhibitions" to promote the construction of a platform for the aggregation of scientific and technological innovation elements in the Western (Chongqing) Science City. Glad to announce the appointment of Mr. Billy Sun joined Hilton Wuhan Riverside as Commercial Director, with effective from 9th December, 2024.

Billy started his hospitality career in Sales at The Westin, Hefei Baohein 2010, and joined Doubletree by Hilton Yangzhou in 2018 to begin his career with Hilton. Prior to join Hilton Wuhan Riverside, he was the Commercial Director at Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Wuhu, where he was responsible for the commercial department of the hotel and led the team to create a number of consecutive room revenue records.

We do believe Billy will lead our CD team to sprint sales targets, create new highlights for operating and improve the hotel reputation. We also wish him continue to Thrive @Hilton.
