Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Update the syllabi, weekly planning documents and unit plans for the delivery of relevant syllabi;
2. Plan lessons that facilitate active learning experiences and are student centered;
3. Staff will undertake additional duties, such as monitoring hallways and other such areas, supervising assembly practices, and/or being responsible for lights and sounds for assemblies;
4. Supervise/lead CAS and other after-school activities throughout the year as selected by the teacher or assigned by the CAS Coordinator, teachers are to take a minimum of 2 CAS activities per year;
5. Supervise Extended Essays writing where needed;
6. Provide extra classes and/or tutoring sessions once a to support individual students;
7.Set and mark both classwork and internal examinations (including AIC Entrance Exams as appropriate);
8. Maintain a record of grades and attendance on Managebac system, and complete reports by due dates assigned;
9.Provide feedback appropriately
and regularly to students;
perform any other duties as may be required by the Head of School, for the benefit of the school.
