A school Principal leads the whole school - community, including students, teachers, staff, parents and community partners. They are the liaison between the school and the parents, whilst manage the administration of all work related to students, teachers and staff. The Principal's main focus should be to develop and maintain effective educational programs within his/her school and to promote the improvement of teaching and learning with his/her school. The Principal should strive to create an organization and or climate which fosters student and teacher growth.

Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
2. Extensive teaching experience, preferably within an international or multicultural environment.
3. Proven experience in school leadership or management, particularly in a secondary or international school setting.
4. Knowledge of international curricula (such as IB, IGCSE, or A-Levels).
5.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic environment.
7. Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning platforms

Location：Guangdong
Qualifications:
1.Graduate qualified teacher;Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject area;Master’s degree an advantage
2.Minimum 3 years’ experience in the area for which you are applying, with the experience in A-level Drama Fluent in English
3.Successful experience in working with students in the age group you are teaching
4. Demonstrated experience in inspiring students in a stimulating learning environment
5.Demonstrated experience of using ICT to promote learning
6.Previous experience in an international school and familiarity with British education system preferred
7.Experience in teaching EAL students preferred
8.Ability to analyse student data to support student achievement
9.Demonstrated experience in raising achievement and setting challenging targets
10.Strong commitment to supporting all aspects of our programme, especially through participating actively in the extra-curricular activities and contributing to the life of the school community
Head of International Education

Responsibilities:
This dynamic and cross-functional leadership role will elevate the quality of the education in the schoools, enhance the reputation of the schools, and increase the footprint of international schools by providing leadership at a critical time of expansion and innovation within the organization
Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in Education, Leadership, or related field,
2. Certification in Alberta Education or strong familiarity with Alberta standards (desired)，
3. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role withininternational education,
4. Proven track record of success in managing and developing multiple international schools or educational entities,
5. Experience with strategic planning, operational oversight, and new school development,
6. Have a high entrepreneurial spirit and creativity to grow and improve the business.
