High Cry备受期待的第六次巡演开始倒计时，由澳大利亚音乐艺术家和制作人Ninajirachi领衔！

在这次独特的双城巡演中，歌迷们将会度过一个能量爆棚的夜晚。Ninajirachi通过将future bass, bubblegum bass, electropop, hyper-pop, hardcore and 和浩室音乐等元素相结合，创造出独属于自己的音乐风格，而这正是她作为音乐人脱颖而出的原因。Ninajirachi计划为中国粉丝带来一个沉浸式并终身难忘的音乐体验

此次Ninajirachi的中国巡演仅有两站。于11月15日在上海的Dirty House揭开序幕，11月16日在北京的Dada画上句号。

In what some may call the unthinkable, we’re back and thrilled to officially announce our highly anticipated sixth tour featuring Australian music artist and producer Ninajirachi! 

Combining elements of future bass, bubblegum bass, electropop, hyper-pop, hardcore and house music, Ninajirachi plans to create a captivating experience that will leave her fans in China thirsty for more. 

The tour will kick off in Shanghai on November 15th at Dirty House, and from there the tour will continue to Beijing where it will end on November 16th at Dada.

Contained in Ninajirachi’s music is all the beauty, mystery, and danger of the natural world. The 22-year-old Central Coast-raised dance producer makes bristling electronic pop and club music that’s glassy, uncanny, and totally enthralling; like stalactites or spiderwebs, each of her songs is structurally impossible but spectacular to behold. A restless innovator and a renowned collaborator, she’s spent her teenage summers making adored, festival-ready pop from the avant-garde fringes, becoming an in-demand producer and one of the first landmark names of Australia’s burgeoning hyperpop scene. But even as her productions have shifted form and context, from the maximalist experimentation of her debut single “Pure Luck”, with Freya Staer, through to last year’s rhythmic, beat-driven collab album with Kota Banks, True North (Deluxe), Ninajirachi’s vision has remained remarkably consistent, each increasingly sophisticated track a new microcosm of organic fantasy to step into.

Born Nina Wilson, Ninajirachi first started making music before she had even left primary school, absorbing myriad influences — namely her piano classes and the maximalist dance-pop of Lady Gaga and Ke$ha — and channelling them into rudimentary Garageband sessions that led to an instant interest in production. At high school, Wilson discovered electronic and dance music, first stumbling across a Madeon song in the background of a YouTube tie-dye tutorial. In contrast to school, where few friends shared her decidedly niche interests, the internet — and, specifically, the internet electronic music communities she found herself in — provided a unique space where Wilson could be herself and celebrate her interests. Spurred on by a Porter Robinson fan community she was active in, Wilson began producing her own electronic music, taking inspiration from avant-garde electronic luminaries like Mura Masa, Flume, SOPHIE, and Robinson himself.

Once she started producing her own songs and remixes, Wilson began uploading them to SoundCloud and YouTube, and when she felt they were good enough, put them on triple j Unearthed, where she ended up as an Unearthed High finalist two years running. Wilson followed up the release of “Pure Luck”, and her success on Unearthed, with a string of gossamer, sugary singles released on NLV Records: tracks like “Lapland”, and its namesake EP, that combine the ambient rave aesthetics of Drain Gang with attention-grabbing, post-Y2K touchpoints, as well as remixes for everyone from Flight Facilities to Deadmau5. Between working on music, Ninajirachi established herself as a must-see artist, performing at Listen Out, Splendour, Groovin’ The Moo, FOMO, and Falls Festival, and touring with Mallrat, Charli XCX, What So Not, and, in a perfect twist of fate, her production idol Cashmere Cat.

In 2020, despite the chaos occurring throughout the world, Ninajirachi thrived, releasing two projects — Blumiere and True North, with Kota Banks — and working on countless remixes, DJ sets, and livestreams. As other musicians struggled to adapt to existing solely online, Ninajirachi had a leg up, having spent much of her life in virtual worlds already. Throughout the pandemic, Ninajirachi has performed at all of the international hyperpop scene’s most epochal events, including Club Immaterial, Nocturne, and Club Quarantine, as well as on RL Grime’s Sable Valley — for whom she also released singles “Dracodraco” and “Stoneteller” —Insomniac Events, and Brownies & Lemonade. Known for her work on electronic music’s cutting edge, Ninajirachi has also worked with iconic brands like Ableton and the Sydney Opera House, the former of whom commissioned her to create the demo song for Ableton Live 11 and the latter of whom had her perform at the Joan Sutherland Theatre as part of their future-facing Liminal series.

As the world has come out of hibernation, she’s continued to excel, releasing the acclaimed True North (Deluxe) — one of The Atlantic’s top 10 albums of 2021 — and selling out Oxford Art Factory with Kota Banks. Her 2022 debut mixtape Second Nature, saw her move the needle and attribute an impressive list of major career milestones including NME Magazine Australia’s cover story, Best of the Year placements in The Guardian Australia, Apple Music and NME Magazine Australia and a nomination for Record of the Year at FBi Radio’s 2023 SMAC Awards. This accompanied her 2023 4×4 EP which marked a new artistic expansion that drew from her earliest influences of electronic music, collecting praise from triple j, Crack Magazine, Metal Magazine, Clash Magazine, Bandcamp, Billboard, Rolling Stone, 10 Magazine among others. 

她最新的EP《girl EDM》展现了Ninajirachi对现有EDM⻛格的全新诠释。《girl EDM》前卫⽽富有未来感，唤起了她最初追求⾳乐制作的灵感与初心。通过她标志性的冰冷、破碎质感的音色与2000年代末和 2010年代初的俱乐部⾳乐相结合，Ninajirachi以另类的⽅式解构了硬核舞曲、electro house, progressive house 和 trance 正是她“天⽣要做的”⾳乐。

Her latest ep titled “girl EDM” is a project that sees Ninajirachi offer a refreshing take on existing styles of EDM, girl EDM is forward thinking and futuristic in how she recalls the initial sound that first inspired her to pursue music production. Traversing her token icy, glitchy textures with the club sounds of late 2000s & early 2010s, Ninajirachi pulls apart the seams of hard dance, electro house, progressive house and trance with a left-field twist, emblematic of the music she was ‘born to make’.

Including the previously released hard dance-leaning ‘Hand on my heart’ and avant-electro ‘Ninacamina’ with Izzy Camina, we’re presented with two new tracks ‘girl EDM’ and ‘Ice u out’, both of which hone in on the EP’s main themes that are unbound by expectation and rich in energy. An artistic output that marks an extension of Ninajirachi’s position herself, girl EDM cultivates a space to open the conversation around producers – especially female producers – in the EDM scene, dialling in on the new wave moving the needle on their own terms. Firmly cementing her position in the Australian industry and international music landscape, Ninajirachi rises with the release of girl EDM.

On the live circuit, she wrapped up a North American tour with festival performances at Lollapalooza, Hard Summer, Breakaway Festival and Imagine Festival in 2023, a sold-out Los Angeles headline debut in 2024, and is soon touring the third iteration of her flagship live event Dark Crystal, with special guest NYC-based producer Doss. An artist innovating with forward-thinking club, pop, electronic, and dance music, the uniqueness of Ninajirachi’s abilities extends past virtual limits, charting her proposition in the winder electronic space both locally and globally.
