During this year's Christmas season Bach's Bakery offers a selection of typical German Christmas delicacies, among them most famously Dresdner Christstollen, a fruit bread that originates in medieval Saxony. It is made with lots of rum-soaked raisins, orange and lemon peel, almonds and butter, very rich in taste and only sold after a resting time of at least two weeks.
