1、Officer Trainee Programme (Retail Credit Management) - 12 months contract
Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch is devoted to nurturing our next generation of leaders with comprehensive management skills. Our Officer Trainee Programme (Retail Credit Management) has been launched to offer rewarding career prospects and significant personal growth opportunities, featuring specialized training in Retail Credit Management.
We invite high-caliber graduates who aspire to develop a career retail banking to join our team. We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
Degree holder or above preferably with major in Information Technology, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5.
Strong understanding of credit assessment, risk management, system management and financial analysis
Maximum of 2 years’ working experience
Strong analytical, interpersonal, leadership, as well as strategic planning skills
Fresh graduates are welcomed

Strong business and marketing acumen, along with good project management skills
Maximum of 2 years’ working experience
Strong analytical, interpersonal, leadership, as well as strategic planning skills
Fresh graduates are welcomed
