前言
Introduction
青岛电影学院金帆船艺术节包括原创作品竞赛、影片展映、作品展览、专题讲座、学术论坛和颁奖典礼。
The Golden Sailing Art Festival of Qingdao Film Academy includes original work competitions, film screenings, work exhibitions, special lectures, academic forums and award ceremonies.
“金帆船艺术节”助推美术与动画教育质量提升，促进美术与动画产业发展，给广大学子创造梦想驰骋疆域和才华展示舞台，鼓励社会各界关注艺术创作，扩大行业人才储备。
The Golden Sailing Art Festival aims to help improve the quality of art and animation education, and increase the development of the art and animation industry. It gives the vast number of students a field to create their dream and a stage to showcase their talents. It could encourage all circles of the society to pay attention to comic and art creation, and thus expanding the industry talent pool.
“金帆船艺术节”组委会将在全国范围挑选对美术与动漫具有专业见解的专家学者作为评委，在评审过程中，坚持非商业性的原则，充分尊重每一位评委的意见，以作品本身的质量为评奖的唯一标准。
The organizing committee of Golden Sailing Art Festival will select experts and scholars with professional insights on art and animation as judges across the country. In the process of judging, we adhere to non-commercial principles, fully respect for the opinions of each judge, and take the quality of the work itself as the sole criterion for prize-awarding.

动画Animation
参赛选手可以团队进行报名也可个人报名，提交二维动画、三维动画、定格动画等多种形式的动画作品。
Participants can entry as a team or an individual, and submit 2D animation, 3D animation, stop-motion animation and other forms of animation works.
1. 参赛作品要求结构设计合理、层次分明、重点突出、配音准确恰当，故事或情节具有一定的逻辑性。
Entries are required to have reasonable structure design, layered plot, clear focus, accurate and appropriate dubbing, and logical story or plot.
2. 作品分辨率位1080*1920dpi；格式为MP4；编码为h.264；大小在1gb以下；参赛作品需要添加内嵌字幕。
Entries resolution: 1080*1920dpi; format: MP4; encoding: h.264; size: less than 1GB; entries need to be subtitled.
3.创作者需提交报名表电子版、作者近照一张（300dpi，jpg格式）、作品海报一张(60x90cm;300dpi,jpg格式）。
Creators are required to submit an electronic entry form, a recent photograph of themselves (300dpi, jpg format), and a poster for entries (60x90cm; 300dpi, jpg format).

漫画 Comic
1.内容积极健康向上，结构设计合理、层次分明、重点突出。
Entries are required to have positive and healthy content, reasonable structure design, layered plot, and clear focus.
2.参赛者须提交完整的作品完成稿;参赛者须给作品取名，便于记忆和传播。
Participants are required to submit a complete comic works, and name their works for easy memory and communication.
3.创作需提交报名表电子版、作者近照一张（300dpi，jpg格式）、作品封面一张(60x90cm;300dpi,jpg格式）。
Creators are required to submit an electronic entry form, a recent photograph of themselves (300dpi, jpg format), and a poster for entries (60x90cm; 300dpi, jpg format).
4.参赛作品创作手法不限(如有手绘稿件，请高清扫描后上传)，提交作品均为电子稿件附件形式、PDF格式、颜色格式为RGB模式或者CMYK格式，作品尺寸为A4(297×210 mm)，提交文件大小在500MB以内。
There is no limit to the technique of creation of the entries (for hand- painted manuscripts, please scan in HD and upload it). All the entries need to be submitted in the form of electronic attachments in PDF format and use color format in RGB or CMYK format. The size of the works is A4 (297×210 mm) and the size of the submitted files is not more than 500MB.

电影美术Film Art
1.作品可提交场景、人物、道具等电影美术类作品，展现独特的电影美术设计思维，具备新视角与新探索。
Works can include film art works such as scenes, characters, and props, showing unique film art design thinking and having new perspectives and explorations.
2.参赛作品创作手法不限（如有手绘稿件，请高清扫描后上传作品），作品需提交电子版，展板尺寸为650*950mm，分辨率300dpi，格式为tiff或jpg。
There are no restrictions on the creative techniques of the competition works. (If there is a hand-painted manuscript, please upload the work after scanning it with high definition.) The works need to be submitted in electronic version. The size of the display board is 650*950mm, the resolution is 300dpi, and the format is tiff or jpg.

绘画Painting
1.面向国内公开征集原创作品。每位作者限投稿1件作品参加征集，投稿作品的艺术形式为平面绘画作品，材料不限，提倡具有新视野、新思路的艺术探索作品。题材内容要求根植中华优秀传统文化，与时代同步，展现中国精神，体现时代风貌，凝聚中国力量。
Open call for original works domestically. Each author is limited to submitting one piece of work; the art form of the submitted works should be flat, with no restrictions on materials, and it is encouraged to have new perspectives and new ideas in the works. The theme content should be rooted in excellent traditional Chinese, keep pace with the times, show the Chinese spirit, reflect the contemporary style.
2.作品尺寸：作品装框后最长边尺寸不超过150cm。
Work Size: The longest side of the work after framing does not exceed 150cm.

数字艺术Digital Art
1．征稿范围：展览面向全球范围征集作品，投稿作品应体现时代主题，注重文化引领与社会价值。参评作品通过专业、行业机构推荐，专家提名和社会征集的方式产生。作品应为近5年的创作。
Submission Guidelines: The exhibition solicits works from a global scope. The submitted works should reflect the themes of the times and pay attention to cultural leadership and social value.The entries will be selected through professional, industry organization recommendations, expert nominations, and public submissions. The works should have been created within the past 5 years.
2．作品类别：包括但不限于CG绘画、数字影像、交互艺术、混合现实（AR,VR,MR）、生成艺术/人工智能艺术/AIGC等与数字技术深度融合的作品。
Work Categories: Including but not limited to CG painting, digital imagery, interactive art, mixed reality (AR, VR, MR), generative art/artificial intelligence art/AIGC, etc., works deeply integrated with digital technology.
3．作品格式：
（1）二维静态作品：每组提供图片1-5张，文件格式为tiff或jpg，像素尺寸长边不低于3840p，短边不低于2160p。
Two-dimensional static works: Provide 1-5 images per group, file format as tiff or jpg, with long side resolution of no less than 3840p and short side resolution of no less than 2160p.
（2）实体三维作品：每件应提供不同视角的图片3-5张（格式参考平面类作品要求），组装作品要有清楚明了的安装图和安装技术要求说明。如需另附视频，具体格式参照动态、交互类作品要求。
Physical three-dimensional works: Provide 3-5 images per piece (file format reference for two-dimensional works), as well as clear and concise installation diagrams and installation technology requirements. If additional video is needed, the specific format is subject to the requirements of dynamic and interactive works.
（3）动态、交互作品：视频类文件格式为MP4。MP4分辨率不低于1080p（或图像精度不低于2K），时长2-10分钟。文件格式采用H.264压缩编码标准，像素尺寸长边不低于1920p，短边不低于1080p。音频文件44.1kHz，16bit，mp3编码。（数字交互、交互装置、VR、AR、MR、全息等交互影像作品应为360度全景视频，像素尺寸长边不低于3840p，短边不低于2160p，并进行相关技术说明；若作品为实时演算生成，请提交编译完成的可执行程序.exe）
Dynamic and interactive works: Video file format as MP4. MP4 resolution should be no less than 1080p (or image resolution no less than 2K), with duration of 2-10 minutes. The file format should use H.264 compression encoding standard, with long side resolution no less than 1920p and short side resolution no less than 1080p. Audio file format should be 44.1kHz, 16bit.

实验影像Experimental Video
1．片长3分钟以上30分钟以内。
The film should be 3 minutes or longer but no more than 30 minutes.
2. 作品格式：作品分辨率位1080*1920dpi；格式为MP4；编码为h.264；大小在1gb以下；参赛作品需要添加内嵌字幕，有完整中文或中英文字幕。
Submission Requirements: The resolution of the work should be 1080*1920dpi; the format should be MP4; the encoding should be h.264; the file size should be less than 1gb; the submitted work should have embedded subtitles with complete Chinese or bilingual subtitles.
3. 征片细则：参赛需提交以下内容：（1）完整作品和作品预告片（2）作品竖版海报。
Submission Details: To participate, the submitter should submit the following materials: (1) the complete work and the work trailer (2) a vertical poster for the work.
注：(1) 参赛作品须为参赛者原创，严禁抄袭、盗用行为，如有发现，立即取消参赛、入围、获奖等一切资格，由此而引发的相关法律责任均由参赛者承担。
(2) 多次提交同一作品，以最终提交作品为准。
The entries must be original. Plagiarism and misappropriation are strictly prohibited. If found, the eligibility, nomination, awards, and other qualifications will be cancelled immediately. And the relevant legal liabilities arising therefrom shall be be borne by the participants.
If you submit the same work more than once,the final submission will prevail .
