悉尼大学John Grill Institute for Project Leadership和伦敦大学学院Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction将联合主办第四届Project Leadership in a Changing world国际研讨会。会议将以线上参会的形式开展，优秀文章会颁发证书并可以推荐在PLAS（Project Leadership and Society）发表，欢迎大家投稿。

21 世纪中叶的项目领导力应该是什么样的？随着环境、技术和社会的不断变化，项目领导者面临着交付的挑战。本次国际研讨会汇集了众多学者，共同探讨项目中的领导力问题，其中既包括那些被指定为项目领导和管理角色人群的领导力，也包括团队和组织中更广泛的领导力形式，这些形式可能更加分散或非正式。
