一、考生报名时需提供：

1. Candidates need to provide:

请出示与报名时一致的、真实有效且带照片的个人身份证件原件（复印件、照片无效），如护照原件、身份证原件或学生证原件（如果暂时没有原件，可以用复印件报名，但是正式考试必须使用证件原件）

护照复印件一份（如实在没有就提供身份证或学生证复印件）

本人近期（6 个月内）的纸质证件照两张，要求如下：

（1）二寸40mm×60mm；

（2）白底；

（3）背后注明姓名和报考级别；

（4）不可以是生活照或风景照；

（5）不允许佩戴帽子、头巾、发带、墨镜，有特殊宗教信仰除外。

本人近期（6 个月内）的电子证件照两张，要求如下：

（1）二寸50kb-100kb；

（2）白底；

（3）jpg格式；

（4）一张电子照片以报名时提交的证件号码命名，另一张以姓名命名；

（5）不可以是生活照或风景照；

（6）不允许佩戴帽子、头巾、发带、墨镜，有特殊宗教信仰除外。

联系电话、英文名（与报名证件的一致）、中文姓名（如果有，报名时写在报名表中）、生日、汉语学习年限、电子邮箱（填写报名表时需要）

Please show an authentic, valid and original personal ID card with a photo that is consistent with the one you registered for (photocopies and photos are invalid).Such as original passport, original ID card or original student ID card. ( If there is no original for the time being, you can use a copy to register, but the original certificate must be used for the official exam)

A copy of passport(If you don’t have it，please provide ID card copy，resident permit or student ID copy)

Two recent (within 6 months) paper ID photos. The requirements are as follows:

(1) Two inches 40mm×60mm;

(2) White background;

(3) Indicate your name and application level on the back;

(4) It cannot be photos of daily life or scenery;

(5) Hats, headscarves, headbands, and sunglasses are not allowed, except for those with special religious beliefs.

Two recent(within 6 months) electronic ID photos. The requirements are as follows:

(1) Two inches 50kb-100kb;

(2) White background;

(3) jpg format;

(4) One electronic photo is named after the ID number submitted during registration, and the other is named after the name;

(5) It cannot be photos of daily life or scenery;

(6) Hats, headscarves, headbands, and sun-glasses are not allowed, except for those with special religious beliefs.

Telephone number， English name (consistent with registration certificate), Chinese name (if applicable, please write it in the registration form when registering)，birthday，Chinese study period and e-mail address(required to fill in the registration form)

备注:

申请中国留学奖学金必须提供护照，有意申请者须提前办理护照。

Note: 

To apply for a scholarship for studying in China, a passport must be provided.If you want to apply, you must apply for a passport in advance.

二、考试当天考生需带物品：

2. Candidates need to bring these items on the exam day:

请携带报名时使用的证件原件（和报名的证件一致）、准考证（A4纸打印）、2B铅笔(2支以上）、橡皮。

Original Identity document you used for registration（Consistent with the registered document），admission ticket (printed on A4 paper)，2B pencils (2 or more)，eraser.

注：

材料不齐全的考生，不予报名！

因个人原因无法参加考试的考生，报名费不予退还！

考前3-10天会为考生举办培训，请大家关注群消息，按时参加培训！

Note:

Candidates with incomplete materials will not be allowed to apply!

Candidates who are unable to take the test due to personal reasons, the registration fee will not be refunded!

Training will be held for candidates 3-10 days before the exam. Please pay attention to the group messages and attend the training on time!
