Human Resources Management (Local Agent Group III) – EU Delegation to China
Main tasks and duties:
Assistance in staff management (Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, etc.);
Processing in the payroll system: Monthly payroll, benefit enrolments, end of contract payments, etc.;
Administration of further Entitlements & Benefits including health insurance, pension, and other programs, permitted by local legislation and staff regulations;
Coordinating administrative procedures for staff entering and leaving the Delegation;
Coordinate logistics and policy for learning and development;
Assisting in Reviewing and drafting of staff HR-related policy and internal procedures
Operational initiating agent preparation of payment files related to the above
Classification, filing, and registering of HR correspondence and documents
Any other HR and admin tasks or ad hoc tasks relating to the activities of the Section and the Delegation.
Minimum requirements / eligibility criteria (necessary for the application to be considered)
Minimum high school degree (Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field preferred);
At least three years' professional experience in Human Resources Management or relevant role;
Very good knowledge of English language with good drafting capabilities;
Right to residence and work in China;
Pass the required pre-recruitment medical exam.
