Assist in the development of the refined operations initiative, ensuring smooth implementation across markets. Collect and organize a LIVE content library, including best practices and examples from creators. Develop tools and templates for tracking operational effectiveness and agency performance. Training and Workshop Support Support the preparation and coordination of training sessions and workshops for agencies and internal teams. Assist in creating and localizing educational materials for both agency managers and creators. Cross-Functional Communication Facilitate communication between central and local teams, ensuring alignment on key projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Marketing, and Legal, to support agency operations.
