"联通丝路 印象侨乡"东盟文化艺术创作季国际展览交流活动是一项集艺术品展览、艺术品销售、艺术家采风创作、艺术论坛等于一体的综合性国际文化交流活动品牌。活动"引进来"结合"走出去"，以艺术为媒增进海丝沿线国家的深厚情谊和民心相通，同时为海内外艺术家搭建交流借鉴、展示销售、驻留创作、商务合作的平台，在中国打造具有国际影响力的艺术IP。
该活动已于2019年、2021年、2022年、2023年成功举办过四季，已展出来自中国、泰国、菲律宾、印度尼西亚、马来西亚、新加坡、越南、美国、法国、俄罗斯、乌克兰、塞尔维亚、印度、孟加拉等20个国家近300位海内外知名艺术家的近900幅原创作品，众多呈现中国风貌人文与城市更迭的艺术作品，打开了世界看中国的又一扇窗，展现中华文明海纳百川的气韵。海内外300余家媒体平台报道转载活动报道近500篇，在东盟国家广泛传播。
The event has been successfully held for four seasons in 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023. It has exhibited nearly 900 original works of nearly 300 well-known artists from 20 countries including China, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, the United States, France, Russia, Ukraine, Serbia, India, Bangladesh, etc. The numerous artworks presenting the humanistic aspects and urban changes of China have opened another window for the world to view China, showing the inclusive spirit of Chinese civilization. More than 300 domestic and overseas media platforms have reported and reprinted nearly 500 coverage of the event, which has been widely spread in ASEAN countries.
一城春色半城花，万顷波涛拥海来。厦门，一座骨子里住着文艺的城市，充溢着无尽的艺术灵感，承载着深厚的文化底蕴。在这里，仿佛可以肆意切换，从摩登都市到南洋旧梦，从宫崎骏的童话到闽南的市井味道，总有一道风景能触动心灵。第五季活动将于2024年10月在中国厦门启动，全球作品征集火热进行中。
One city's spring scenery with half of it filled with flowers, and vast waves coming to embrace the sea. Xiamen, a city with art residing in its bones, is brimming with endless artistic inspirations and carrying profound cultural deposits. Here, it seems that one can switch freely, from the modern metropolis to the old dreams of Southeast Asia, from the fairy tales of Hayao Miyazaki to the marketplace flavors of southern Fujian. There is always a scenery that can touch the soul. The ASEAN Culture and Art Creation Season (Season V) will kick off in Xiamen in October, 2024, and the global collection of works is in full swing.

征 集 要 求
Requirements for Entries
1.征稿截止时间：2024 年8月31日
(ⅰ)Registration deadline：August 31, 2024;
(ii)Original works that must be completed independently by an individual artist;
(ⅲ)Subject Matter: Positive, healthy and progressive paintings that present national (or Chinese) folk customs (such as natural scenery, classical architecture, traditional costumes, traditional music/dance/theater performances, traditional festivals/celebrations, traditional craftsmanship). Works about Xiamen, China are preferred;
4.作品材质：中国画、油画、丙烯、漆画、版画、数字绘画、水彩画、综合材料等作品；
(ⅳ)Chinese painting, oil painting, acrylic, lacquer painting, printmaking, digital painting, watercolor painting, comprehensive material painting and so on;
(v)Size of Work: Chinese paintings（138*69cm）; other paintings（80*60cm）
(vi)Number of Entries: 2-4 pieces works per artist.

征 集 方 式
Ways of Collecting Entries
2.入选回复：活动组委会将于收到邮件后的5日内回复邮件（回复内容包括且不限于：是否入选，入选作品，资料补充等），对于最终入选艺术家我们还将正式发出"邀展函"；
3.作品寄（送）达：入选作品应于2024年9月30日前寄达或送达展览地点（中国福建厦门集美集源路27号东盟文化经济交流中心/于淑华/15959272818）；邮寄作品仅限于布面或纸面作品，切勿使用易折断、易破损的纸张，组委会统一装裱装框。
4.作品退还：展览中未被收藏的作品将于展览结束后30日内寄还艺术家。

参 展 艺 术 家 待 遇
The Treatment Received by the Participating Artists
(i)We will arrange for a number of mainstream media at home and abroad to publicise the overall event as well as the participating artists, including newspapers, television stations, Internet media and other channels.
(ⅱ)The organizing committee will select six awards from all the exhibited works,including "Best Visual Award", "Best Work Award", "Best Creative Award", "Most Popular Award", "Most Culturally Influential Award" and "Most Promising Newcomer Award".There is one quota for each award. The organizing committee will issue the award certificate and bonus to the winning artists.
4.艺术家将有机会受组委会邀请来中国厦门参加开幕式及采风活动;
5.组委会将向参展艺术家颁发荣誉证书（包括入展证书、收藏证书及获奖证书）。
(v)We will also present honorary certificates to participating artists, including admission certificates, collection certificates and award certificates.

"东盟文化经济交流中心"作为中国国际投资贸易洽谈会招商项目，由泰国东盟加六国贸易促进会与厦门市集美区政府共建，于2014年9月正式落户厦门集美。
