The students of UoM MA ELiP programme are all from education sector, with an average age of 36.5, and working experience of more than 13 years. They currently work in well-known institutions such as Shanghai Xiehe Education Center, Wycombe Abbey School, Cogdel Cranleigh School, Dulwich College, Harrow International School, Hangzhou Dipont School of Arts and Science, Wellington College International, Y.K.Pao School, EF, New Oriental, New Channel and etc.

After working in education for around six years, I wanted to strengthen my practice and enhance my future opportunities within the field. I found the ELiP programme was well suited to my aspirations; furthermore, combining the theory alongside the practical elements at the same time as working really enhanced my professional capabilities. This course also enabled me to connect with other professionals and understand the practical application of theory within their own contexts, and draw comparisons, and consider differences and similarities between different approaches and perspectives.

Entry Requirements
Academic Background
A bachelor degree with good honours (2:1) or the overseas equivalent.
Applicants with a 2:2 will be considered if they have at least 3 years of working experience.
IELTS: 6.5 overall with 6.0 in listening, reading and speaking; 6.5 in writing, .
OR
Attend a free VEPT + writting test provided by UoM.
*Applicants with a degree fully delivered in English may be exempted from English test.
