How to Conduct Online Voting
投票截止时间为7月30日（北京时间），所有入选视频将在bilibili(账号：汉语考试HSK)平台和YouTube(账号：HSK Official)平台示播放，投送单位或个人可自行推广、转发，提高视频点赞数（每一个点赞视为一票）。Voting will close on July 30th (Beijing time). Selected videos will be displayed and open for online voting on bilibili (ACCOUNT: 汉语考试HSK) and YouTube (ACCOUNT: HSK Official), and the video recommenders are free to promote and forward these videos by themselves for increasing the number of “LIKES”.YouTube投票通道: HSK Official
比赛设置一至三等奖、学习激励奖、优秀中文教师奖和优秀组织奖若干，分别向获奖人员发放证书和奖品，向视频推送单位发放优秀组织奖证书。
The event will set First to Third Prizes, Incentive Prizes, Outstanding International Chinese teacher Prize and Outstanding Organization Awards. Certificates and awards will be issued to the winners, and certificates of Outstanding Organization Awards will be issued to the video recommenders.

此期间视频在bilibili和Youtube点赞数量总数，即50%网络投票结果，综合50%专家评审结果，评出各个奖项。The total number of “LIKES” received on Bilibili and Youtube channels are the result of Online Voting. The results of Online Voting (50%) and Expert Evaluation (50%) will be combined to determine each award.精彩作品混剪
