 票 价

为确保2025年春节联欢晚会票务工作的有序进行，同时保障观众权益和活动效果，所有验票、退票、换票、转让及赠票行为均须遵守本声明规定。

1. 验票

○ 观众须妥善保管电子或纸质门票。由于纸质票涉及抽奖和领奖环节，丢失后概不负责。

○ 所有购票需提供真实姓名和有效联系方式，确保信息准确无误。

○ 所有门票均采用二维码验证系统，每张门票仅限一次入场。伪造、篡改或重复使用门票将被拒绝入场，主办方保留追究法律责任的权利。

2. Public Onsale阶段退票政策

○ 自2025年1月7日18:01至2025年1月9日18:00（开售起48小时内）：可无条件免费退票。

○ 自2025年1月9日18:01至2025年1月16日18:00：退票将收取门票价格的20%作为手续费。

○ 自2025年1月16日18:01起：不接受任何退票申请。

3. 退票细则

○ 所有退票仅支持整单整退，不可部分退票。

○ 退票申请将在1-5个工作日内完成处理，给您带来的不便敬请谅解。

○ 每位观演人仅享受一次绿色通道退票服务，若已使用该服务，后续退票申请将不予受理。

4. 转让细则

○ 本活动门票支持转让。

○ 转让门票需通过主办方提供的官方联系渠道办理，并提交有效转让证明，包括但不限于微信聊天记录、转账记录等法律效力材料。

○ 转让信息需在转让完成后的24小时内更新至主办方，以确保信息在系统记录的准确性和入场权限的有效性。

5. 赠票使用规定

○ 获赠者需保留相关活动记录（如朋友圈截图），并在晚会当天入场时向工作人员出示以领取纸质票。

○ 赠票仅限指定席位类别（General Admission），不可兑换现金、转让或调整为其他座位类别。

○ 赠票持有人需凭纸质票参与晚会抽奖环节。

6. 重要声明

○ 本活动门票为有价票券，具有时效性及稀缺性，一经购买即受本条例及免责声明约束。

○ 主办方保留对票务政策及活动安排进行调整的权利，所有变更将通过官方渠道及时通知观众。

○ 如因不可抗力（如自然灾害、疫情等）导致活动取消或延期，主办方将另行安排补偿方案，包括但不限于票款退款或延期有效。

7. 附加条款

○ 使用本活动票务服务即表示您已详细阅读并同意以下内容：

i. 您的购票行为系基于个人意愿，所有票务服务的风险由购票人自行承担。

ii. 主办方不对因网络攻击、技术故障或其他不可抗力导致的信息泄露、丢失、被盗或被篡改负责。

iii. 若因购票人提供虚假信息导致无法入场或产生纠纷，主办方概不负责。

○ 主办方对恶意购票、违规转让或虚假信息的行为保留取消购票资格及追究法律责任的权利。

解释权归属

本门票管理条例的最终解释权归2025年春节联欢晚会主办方所有。任何未尽事宜以主办方通知为准。

To ensure the orderly operation of the 2025 OXCSSA Spring Festival Gala's ticketing, safeguard the rights and interests of the audience, and ensure the event's effectiveness, all ticket checking, refunding, exchanging, transferring, and giving away shall comply with the provisions of this statement.

1. Ticket Inspection

● Audience members must keep their electronic or paper tickets in a safe place. Paper tickets are involved in the lucky draw and prize collection, so they will not be responsible for any loss.

● To ensure accuracy, all tickets must be purchased with real names and valid contact information.

● All tickets are validated using a QR code verification system, and admission is limited to one entry per ticket. Forged, altered, or reused tickets will be denied entry, and Oxford CSSA reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility.

2. Public Onsale Refund Policy

● From 18:00 on January 2, 2025, to 18:00 on January 4, 2025 (within 48 hours of the sale opening), tickets can be refunded unconditionally and free of charge.

● From 18:01 on January 4, 2025, to 18:00 on January 16, 2025, a handling fee of 20% of the ticket price will be charged for ticket refunds.

● From 18:01, January 16, 2025, refund requests will be not accepted.

3. Ticket Refund Rules

● All ticket refunds only support the whole order and cannot be partially refunded.

● Refund applications will be processed within 1-5 working days—apologies for the inconvenience.

● Each attendee can only enjoy the refund service once; subsequent refund applications will not be accepted if the service is used.

4. Transferring Tickets

● Tickets for this event are transferable.

● Please contact customer services for ticket transfers and submit valid proof of transfer, including, but not limited to, WeChat chat records, transfer records, and other legally valid documents.

● Once the transfer is completed, the transfer information needs to be updated to Oxford CSSA within 24 hours to ensure the accuracy of the information in the system record and the validity of the admission privileges.

5. Regulations on the use of complimentary tickets

● To receive a paper ticket, recipients must keep relevant activity records (e.g., screenshots of WeChat Moments) and present them to the staff when entering the Gala on the day.

● The complimentary ticket is limited to the designated seating category (General Admission) and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or adjusted to other seating categories.

● Ticket holders must present their paper tickets to participate in the Gala Lucky Draw.

6. Important Notice

● Tickets for this event are valuable, time-sensitive, and scarce. Upon purchase, tickets are subject to these Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer.

● Oxford CSSA reserves the right to adjust the ticketing policy and event arrangements, and the audience will be promptly notified of all changes through official notifications.

● If the event is canceled or postponed due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, epidemics, etc.), Oxford CSSA will arrange a separate compensation plan, including but not limited to ticket refunds or extension of validity.

7. Additional Terms

● By using this event ticketing service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following:

○ The purchase of tickets is based on the will, and the purchaser has to take the risk for all ticket services.

○ Oxford CSSA is not responsible for information leakage, loss, theft, or tampering caused by network attacks, technical failures, or other force majeure.

○ Oxford CSSA is not responsible for any inability to enter or disputes arising from false information provided by the ticket purchaser.

● Oxford CSSA reserves the right to disqualify the ticket purchaser and pursue legal responsibility for malicious purchases, illegal transfers, or false information.

Right of Interpretation

The final interpretation of these ticket regulations shall be vested in Oxford CSSA of the 2025 OXCSSA Spring Festival Gala. Any unresolved issues shall be subject to Oxford CSSA’s notice.
