This December, Burst City, Trash-A-Go-Go and Specters is hosting legendary punk rock band T.S.O.L. to China for the very first time! As a pivotal act at the cross section of West Coast punk, deathrock, and metal, this is a unique chance to catch one of the most unique and influential bands in rock at a close-up, in your face club show. SoCal’s T.S.O.L. (True Sounds of Liberty) burst onto the scene in the late ’70s and quickly became a pillar of the American hardcore punk scene. Now, 40 years since their formation, T.S.O.L. are bringing the true sounds of the early ’80s L.A. punk scene to four cities in China!

Featuring the lineup of vocalist Jack Grisham, guitarist Ron Emory, bassist Mike Roche, and drummer Todd Barnes, the band detonated onto the local club scene with a proto-horror punk image that included white face paint and dark, energetic anthems about alienation and troubled youth. Playing around California with contemporaries like the Damned and the Dead Kennedys, they managed to write enough material to finally release a full length record. A brief visit to the studio resulted in the classic Dance with Me (1981), a phenomenal horror / deathrock punk record that initiated the new gothic sound along with bands like Misfits, Christian Death, and the Lords of the New Church. The album, incidentally, is also one of Kurt Cobain’s favorites.

The group moved to Jello Biafra's fledgling Alternative Tentacles label which promptly released the “Weathered Statues” EP at the end of the year. Beneath the Shadows was released in 1982 and blew away all the preconceived notions about the group's sound, offering dramatic productions and instrumentation while still retaining their gothic punk leanings. Fans were mildly confused, but the band garnered rave reviews and was featured in director Penelope Spheeris' Suburbia documentary as a result.

True Sounds Reunite
1996年，大部分原始成员安定下来后意识到，他们依然对音乐充满热情，并且粉丝们希望他们重组。1999年，他们加入了 Vans Warped 巡演，时隔多年再次以T.S.O.L.的名义演出。重组后的良好反响促使他们在Nitro Records（由 Offspring 主唱 Dexter Holland 创立，T.S.O.L. 被称为他的影响之一）旗下发行了《Disappear》（2001年）和《Divided We Stand》（2003年）两张专辑。
2013年，乐队前往巴西、阿根廷、瑞典、英国、爱尔兰、德国、荷兰、比利时、捷克、奥地利、西班牙、意大利和瑞士演出，并在美国与 Flag一起完成了一场场爆满的巡演。2017年1月27日，乐队在 Rise Records 发行了专辑《The Trigger Complex》，而就在今年（2024年），他们的新专辑《A-Side Graffiti》发布并获得了热烈好评。

In 1996, most of the original members settled down and realized that they still had a passion for their music and that fans wanted them to reunite. In 1999, they joined the Vans Warped Tour, playing for the first time in years under the name T.S.O.L. Following the reception of their reunion, they released the albums Disappear (2001) and Divided We Stand(2003) under the Nitro Records banner, which was started by Offspring vocalist Dexter Holland, for whom T.S.O.L. is cited as an influence.
In 2013 the band traveled to Brazil, Argentina, Sweden, Great Britain, Ireland, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Austria, Spain, Italy, and Switzerland, as well as a sold-out tour of the US with Flag. On January 27, 2017, the band released The Trigger Complex album on Rise Records, and just this year, 2024, a new studio album, A-Side Graffiti,was released to rave reviews.
At the same time, the band remains active in major punk festivals across Europe and the U.S., such as the 2024 Punk in the Park.

The experimental, sometimes-sax-wielding, freak punk outfit have accrued a loud and controversial name for themselves since forming in 2012. The Shanghai based group has as of late been a crucial force in bridging a wide gap between the eastern and western hemispheres of DIY punk rock. Along with blazing a trail all over the globe they’ve played host to visiting western punks and some legends as well sharing stages with acts such as Zero Boys, Descendents, MDC, Verbal Abuse, Mike Watt + The Missingmen, D.O.A., Ceremony, Iceage, and eastern notables such as P.K.14, SMZB, and Hang on the Box. During a mainland tour of China with UK punk legends The Boys, they were forced to literally move the tour underground after being banned by the Ministry of Culture for lewd artwork on a tour poster.

過失 Demerit
過失 Demerit 成立于2003年，中国极具代表性并且极度纯粹的硬核庞克乐队，用肾上腺素激增的吉他 riff 与爆裂鼓点制造末世混乱与安娜奇主义。2006发行首张DIY专辑《Never say die》2008签约兵马司发行《社会弃儿》2011与德国乐队SS200发行合辑2015参与为自闭症儿童募捐的世界朋克合辑 PUNK AID4 Autism ：Breaking the silence 2018年发行专辑《走出迷雾》毋庸赘述，2023年参加全球朋克致敬Motörhead专辑。三张全长专辑从《Never say die》《社会弃儿》到《走出迷雾》均为高分专辑并多次再版；
二十年持续不衰减的能量输出并踏足了世界各地的音乐舞台。先后完成过韩国，美国，欧洲多次巡演。他们是第一支登上美国 vans warped tour 舞台的中国乐队，也第一支在德国雷蒙斯博物馆表演的中国乐队，主唱李洋曾与刘烨，韩寒，春树被时代周刊评为中国新青年。

Pizzaface 披萨脸 is a Beijing-based punk outfit formed in 2018. They have been described as a sweet, incendiary bomb that’s gone off the rails. Provided by their name, they give off an air of adolescent sleepless nights with acne, and the courage to always dare to say “no”. The band injects a waltz-like Dream-pop feel into punk music, seemingly drunk with oxygen on a mountain without sleep.
